The Royal Oak Pub - Sheffield - Photo album

We've been here twice and had lovely meals on both occasions. It was like mum's cooking! Service was good, friendly and welcoming staff. We've had the liver, chicken and steak - along with deserts and no complaints at all. Will definitely go again
Just called in as passing. Had a drink and lovely meal, sat outside in the sunshine, staff couldn't have been more pleasant. The meal was excellent couldn't fault a thing. I only noticed one sign adout bad language, which I agree with, it's a pity that its necessary to have to tell people. Oh,
Country pub with great location. Good ales at Sam Smith prices. Open fire in the bar during winter and plenty of outdoor seating with childrens play area in summer. Lost a star as brewery has blanket ban on motorcyclists!!??
Just called in to meet the new management and have to say how lovely, chatty and friendly they are. Drinks are so good. We will be back shortly for more food and drink We wish you well you deserve it for all the right reasons Elaine and Dave
Just to put things straight... The management of this pub have not banned motorcycles, sitting on walls, high viz vests, all vests, trainers, and baseball caps, jogging bottoms.... The looney tune owner Humphrey Smith(Sam Smiths Brewery) has done all this. Humphrey Smith has never lived. Bully with
Lovely, proper pub with a good choice of lager and beer. The food is really nice too with a menu that isn't 'the same as everywhere else' and caters for vegans too. Surprised if it's not in the good pub guide.
Lovely pub in a great location. Lovely friendly and helpful staff and a big open and well kept garden. Has a restaurant too but didn't try it. Thoroughly recommended.
What a diamond! Forget craft beers and real ale: THIS is real ale. Not a brand name in sight, even the coke is own brand! The pub is charming and has a real old school feel, oh and it’s cheap too!
Cheap beer, the cherry beer is my favourite! Love the pub quiz they have on a monday night and the staff (and regular locals/customers) are friendly and welcoming
Good pub has recently been shut. At the moment only open 12:00 till 20:00 beer is much better quality with new landlord.
Nice range of beers etc. Only a couple of cask though. Wonderfully friendly bar lady. We WILL be back. ( check out the venison burgers)
Called in tonight with my son for a couple of pints of Taddys witch we love & not because of the price but we find it is quality, must say we don’t agree with the rules & regulations regarding the dress code & the zero tolerance with bad language, I don’t agree with accesive bad language myself but
First time visiting since new management. Very warm welcome and food was amazing. Beer is still good as well.
