I had the pleasure of being served by Lara, me and my daughter had a long drive back to London ahead of us and we had very quick service, our food and drinks were up to notch, and Lara’s kindness made our time there better, I hope this review reaches her and she knows that not only is she an amazing
Enjoyed my first egg nog latte of the season. Didn't have to wait too long and seats available.
Friendly staff with good coffee and despite the central location, they have decent amount of seats due to its second floor. They should clean the tables more often, though.
Could do with a variety of different blends of coffee. I asked about Italian blend which produced some blank faces. You would think that a coffee shop would know what blends of coffee they do! Other than that it was great.
The staff are nice and I can’t fault them but they’re way too slow at making your drinks.There was only 3 peoples orders before mine and they had 4 staff making drinks but it still took 16 minutes for a latte.
Would rate higher if I could!

Excellent customer service skills and patience, a young girl had a drink poured on her by a grouo of rude customers and i saw the staff reacted to wonderful to her, as it should be.
