Beautiful coffee. Salt and pepper tofu sandwich stuffed with fresh salad 😋 Great value...meal deal £7.50. 🤩
If you haven't tried the aubergine focaccia I would so highly recommend it. It was so tasty, delicious and scrummy I enjoyed it a lot. Lovely friendly atmosphere, great music, love it
A startling reminder of how much I missed great caffe latte during lockdown. Returning to this review, it's still among the finest combinations of milk and espresso I've had in the Steel City. Good sandwich too.
Highly recommend their coffee and food. My whole family love this cafe. The team have been amazing and positive all the way through lockdown.
A real hub for the community.
Great coffee, cakes and service. A cool little place to chill. Quality music played too. Very enjoyable. I'll be back.
Brilliant coffee. Great service
Brill atmosphere
Really great coffee & hot chocolate and they have foamable oat milk. They also regularly stock vegan cakes and the service is always friendly.
We have visited the place multiple times and until our recent visit our would've been 5 stars. During our last visit, we saw they increased prices of hot drinks. Understandably so, and still definitely not overpriced. However, at the same time the barista was likely in training, as our drinks were not of the expected quality from prior visits. They were not steamed very well and the milk (plant based) looked to have been left standing for too long before pouring. I appreciate people need to learn on the job, but at the same time the customer is not paying less for a "test" drink - especially at a place that puts coffee front and centre of what they do So it was overall just a mix of higher prices and lower quality.
We visited several times and our experience was inconsistent, so I think it depends on who is making the drinks that day (or maybe it has something to do with their rebranding and changes to the cafe?).
It is a nice coffee shop with a good selection of drinks. It has a third-wave feel to it, but the drinks are not always as great as you'd expect based on how the place looks like. I had an absolutely amazing chai late from there one day, and completely burnt one another.
I only get plant-based milks, which are supposed to be heated to a lower temperature than cow's milk; yet, several of the drinks I got were extremely hot which takes away both the taste and texture. I must point out that I am a former barista, so I might be slightly more demanding when it comes to espresso-based and other drinks - despite that, would still recommend visiting them as it's still above the average.
Prices are reasonable, although I think they increased them recently which is also understandable.
Create Coffee is on a whole other level. The coffee is Fantastico! yep, it really is, and we feel qualified to say this (climbed off saddle around the world for a cup a couple of times). Might be a bit partial to flapjack too, go for the fruit, do it. Super friendly boys and girls behind the counter and equally those frequenting via hatch and indoors (back when we could). Also home to one of the best tasting sandwiches (accidentally vegan it was) I've had in sheffield. Great spots nearby too, Tramshed and Spinning Discs.
