Food took a little while to arrive but I wouldn’t expect a good Indian to arrive quickly. The food was incredible the vindaloo was spicy and it had some great flavour my partner loved the korma and mushroom rice she said it was the best she’s ever had.
First time I have ordered from here , delivery was fast , food was hot on arrival and tastes spot on 👌 called to make some amendments to my order and the guy I spoke to was lovely, portions are big and received everything I ordered , defo recommend
I wanted to try a new Indian restaurant and I guess I was lucky! Spot on as this restaurant so far has been amazing.
One of the best chicken tikka massalas and nans I have had as a take away meal. Always coming back to more . :)
We have ordered food from here several times now and the food is without fail amazing, however, their delivery service is absolutely terrible. It took 2 hours for our food to arrive last night and that was after a phone call to find out where it was. This has happened a couple of times before, they seem to wait until you call before sending your food out and quite frankly that is not good enough. If you offer a delivery service it should be with in a reasonable time scale. In summary, love the food, the guys are unfailingly polite when you call, but the delivery service is utterly rubbish.
Go here allot, the spicy curries are great. Highly recommended.
What can I say? Yorkshire’s best kept secret. I don’t tend to order Indian takeaways these because everything tastes generic. However, the lockdown got me to give the Indian takeaway option another go. In hunting for a new regular spot, I stumbled across Vujon. Prices were great, staff were super friendly and accommodating to my dietary needs and most importantly the food was splendid and cooked to perfection. The chefs here clearly do not cut corners. I ordered a mixed grill and a lamb tikka shashlik bhuna as well as several naans. Some of the most tastiest, restaurant worthy food I’ve had in a long time. What’s more the bill was more than reasonable and I had enough for leftovers for the following days lunch. One of the best I’ve tried away from dining in.This will now be my new local Indian and I can’t wait to try more of their dishes especially the chefs specials. Worthy of all 5 stars. Give it a try!
Excellent food. Ordered from here 3 times now and the food is always piping hot and tasty. I can't think of any criticism, even the staff are friendly. Order direct from their website as it's cheaper than Just Eat and at the moment you get 15% off collection orders.
WOW. Had an amazing chef's special mixed curry. Was full of flavour and it was perfect. The saag allo side dish and mushroom rice complemented the dish well.
Definitely going to go again!
Being stuck in the Princess royal spinal injury unit miles from home I thought I'd treat myself to a takeaway. It arrived earlier than estimated and was plentiful with loads of flavor, I might just have to treat myself again next Saturday 👍
Vujon spice is absolutely delicious. I will not get a takeaway from anywhere else now I've found Vujon. Delicious quality food, good portions and the delivery man is absolutely lovely. Two deliveries I'm getting a week because it's so nice. Thank you Vujon.
It arrived quickly, the guy delivering was nice, every item was great. I'd forgotten to order poppadoms but found they'd put some in the bag anyway. Can't fault them. Really good.
I ordered lamb madras, sag aloo and pilau rice via their website. Payment was easy, service delivered within five minutes of me turning up (they told me to give them half an hour as they were busy) and the food was z absolutely delicious. Five stars all round!
We ordered a takeaway for delivery. This is the first time we have ordered from Vujon Spice and did so because of the good reviews we had read.
The delivery was late however it was worth the wait. We really enjoyed our food. My husband had Chicken Tikka Madras which he said was delicious. You could see the the spices in the sauce and the sauce was a nice consistency. My daughter had chicken pathia, she said that the quality of the chicken was good but the sauce was a bit too spicy for her. I had vegetable biryani which was also very tasty, at first I thought it didn't have much spice to it but the subtle spices came through the more I ate. There was a good variety of vegetables in the biryani.
The two naan we ordered were really nice as well.
We will definitely be ordering from here again.
After reading the reviews here I thought I would give Vujon a try; the prices are really good, excellent value. The coconut rice was light and full of flavour, the shingara were big, well filled and full of flavour and spice, but there were a few niggles with my order.
The bombay aloo didn't really have any flavour at all, which was a shame, the onion bhaji whilst looking crispy, was a bit soggy, and there was no red raj sauce with the pickle tray (my favourite one)
The food was also a little cold, even though I only live around 5 minutes away in a car. Possibly just an of day, as all other reviews are flowing, so will probably try again in the future
Had a delicious fish tikka masala from chief Cook fareed. He made the best dinner with mix of all taste. It is halal. Will be coming back often. Highly recommended.
