Very friendly staff, nice and neat to have your special coffee
Nice atmosphere, good coffee, clean toilets.
Costa was relaxing. The staff were working hard as there wasn't many on, but they were really nice. The Xmas displays for charity and the food displays looked great and the toilets were great too ...for a busy place they do a good job.
Friendly staff and even though they were very busy, they keep the tables clean.

For a chain, this is reasonable. Surprisingly busy for a wet weekday afternoon.
It's not often I visit Costa but I do enjoy their coffee. Very generous sizes available, I ordered a medium and it looked more like a large but very enjoyable. Nice location and usually quiet.

Good coffee, and snacks, but made brilliant by the service offered by staff. They were not only polite and efficient but without me asking carried my tray to my table. As I need a stick to walk this was really welcome and made my day that someone would notice and help despite bring busy. Great stuff

Lovely staff, lovely drinks and a clean cafe only thing I'm knocking a star off for is I felt very rushed by the staff when ordering and the cafe wasn't very busy. One of the nicer Costa cafes. Doesn't get too busy and the room is bright and airy, as well as clean. The staff are friendly and efficient.
Nice, clean and quiet. Usual great Coffee. A great place to catch up on an old school newspaper on a Saturday morning!
