Lovely Garden Centre and an excellent cafe with very clean toilets. The food is amazing and at a reasonable price. The staff are very friendly. Vicky, the Cafe Manager, should be very proud.
Good garden centre and a great cafe with plenty of choice, and a nice gift/homewares area. Pleasant staff and quick service. The cafe area has been purpose built and is a lovely open space, though the acoustics could be better - it does get very loud when a lot of people are in (maybe the addition of sound dampening boards would help?). There is also a nice outdoor, covered area though - a real bonus!
We enjoy coming here and are 'regulars'.

Have been coming here for a number of years now, reason why is because it is an excellent quality garden centre that is reasonably priced and All the staff are extremely helpful.
Partner and myself also like to call for coffee / tea on quite a regular basis at the attached New Shoots Cafe, always excellent service from ALL the very nice and pleasant staff ☺️.
Great plants at good prices and good café. Lots of choice in cafe - gets busy at lunch but good. Not as many plants as some places but prices make up for that.
Excellent garden centre, conveniently located just on outskirts of Sheffield city but just seconds from Meadowhead. The plants are high quality but not overpriced and a good selection.. they sell everything garden related . There is a large car park, nice new cafe, and always staff available to help lift heavy compost or give advice.
One of my favourite Garden Centre's it's very tidy and has healthy plants I've never been disappointed here. We went away with nice gravel a few hanging baskets and I was impressed with the Tomato plant hanging basket we got too.
New Leaf plant centre, is a pleasant and friendly place to be. I visited on the 28th with a friend, she was stung by a wasp. the staff Brad and Paul were very attentive, they sat her in a wheelchair and brought her a glass of water, ice cubes to cool down the very painful swollen area on her thumb. Thank you Brad and Paul. you're the best.
New leaf is one of the better local garden centers, they have a wide range of high quality plants and materials for the garden.
There is also a cafe. the star of the show is the quality of their plants. They have plenty of friendly and knowledgeable staff.
It's also right next door to a second garden center Ferndale so if the one does not have what you want the other might.

Fabulous place, now particularly as they have a cafe for light snacks and drinks.
Good stock of plants which are generally displayed attractively, look healthy and reasonably priced. Large car park, bags of paid for compost are loaded into your car in the car park area.
