After wanting to go for a while we finally got round to it and it did not disappoint. A laugh from the moment we walked in!! After reading reviews about the food was a little worried but we honestly thought the food was fantastic and spot on. The place was full of laughter and was really entertaining without it being offending.
I knew I’d get grief from the staff for being a vegetarian (despite there being two veggie options on the menu) and they certainly delivered! The staff were a lot more chatty, open and honest than I expected, which was nice. The food was really tasty, and there was a fun atmosphere.
Great fun! Staff absolutely played their roles well. Rude (but it's all in good spirit(. Mini games great to play along. Not so large a place that you'd feel embarrassed if you're picked on. Food spot on.
Really great fun - staff are rude (that's the point), there are mini games throughout with "volunteers" picked to play. Not a huge place, but that's a positive - you're all in this together! Food was fabulous - proper burgers!
Hilarious experience! Went as a surprise for my buddy's stag do and stitched him up with a 'Proud to be Vegan' tshirt. He was centre of attention for the entire stay. Excellent food served in great time with typically terrible service. A lot of fun!

This place is great! The food is OK if you like burgers and chicken wings, not a great deal of choice but tastes good but the staff are AMAZING!!! These guys are brilliant at what they do but beware this is not the place to go if you are easily offended, we had a great time there and would definitely recommend the experience and go back, definitely worth a visit.
It was such a good experience! People are involved in games and interactions. Staff is brilliant in their acting. I didn't expect food to be nice but I was surprised by the quality 😍 I can recommend it. Good place to have a laugh! We will definitely go back there
When to karens diner today and what a lovely time we had. All the staff were fantastic we were served by Jack, fizzi and abi who were all great. The entertainment was great and they involved everyone in the diner. The food weren't bad either lol cant wait to go again.
It's definitely somewhere else to go that's different.

When you leave it to your family to book a restaurant and this is where they choose.
Karen's is a place where the staff throw menus at customers, shove meals onto the tables, and are rude to everyone.
Menu consists of dirty American burgers, fries, classic USA shakes and cocktails.
Don't tell them your a vegan🤣
Burgers come with fries or salad.

The 'I Want To See The Manager Karen' is two Wagyu beef patties, two slices of manager cheese, bacon, lettuce, pickles and manager BBQ-mustard sauce. £15.50

Whilst you don't really go here for the food it was passable.
The service although quoted as terrible was very good and entertaining.
Our dear Italian mamma loved it.
Because normally when we take her out we have to tell her to bite her tongue.
But here she could really go for it and tell everyone what she thought.
And she did

It was absolutely amazing. The staff get really involved with everyone and its exactly what you would expect. We were cracking ourselves up the entire time and the staff are not afraid to rip into you, so don't go if you can't take it on the sleeve. Recommended 1000%
Food was good staff were brilliant very funny when insulting people till its your turn but was all in great fun
My daughter just set me up to Karen's Dinner. I was not expecting this. You just have to try. Life would be always like that. Such of fun I've had there! It's without any doubt one of the best experiences I've in a dine in restaurant. I would come back and surprise someone else. 😁! For the staff members, thank you all, you've made my day! 😂
Absolutely fantastic day out with "terrible" service! The Karen's were just fantastic, it was all we could have hoped for and more!!! Well worth a visit!
Brilliant, entertaining, and funny.
If you are easily offended, simply don't go or take kids under 16, unless you have headphones and a suitable gaming device.
***If taking an infant in a car seat with you, please make sure you book an extra seat with your group, unless you dont mind your little one on the floor.***

Absolutely horrible place too go to. The staff are horrible as soon as you walk in untill you leave the place. I've got to admit wasn't that bothered about going but daughter wanted to go for a long time so took her as a birthday treat. I'll not lie I've never laughed so much. The staff never broke character.they were all brilliant with kids. The food was great. I had spicy Karen burger an was 1 off best burgers I've had. Definitely be going back. Just a heads up if your easily offended I wouldn't bother going. I'll definitely be going back to get insulted at 😂😂😂😂
