Ordered on uber eats- confirmed and waiting for food. Greggs then cancels the order 15 mins after I've been waiting for the food. Happened twice! Why are you showing as available on uber if you're going to waste people's time accepting orders, leaving customers waiting for food, to cancel 15/ 20 mins later??

We come here at least once a week and always friendly staff , great service and nice food and drinks . Today we visited and wasn't happy . The staff were still friendly and the drinks were good . My cookies were hard . Could tell they were old .usually they're soft and fresh . Not happy Greggs , never had a problem until today .
