The food is mostly very good. The ladies and chap behind the counter are friendly, so there are no complaints there. But we are now getting to the point that you're going to need a small loan to feed a family there. Clean and tidy but bloody expensive
Food is always fresh and hot. Lovely staff, they always talk to my daughter every time we go in. You can order via just eat and collect, which is super handy when we have family visiting as they can see the menu. The sausages are the best we've ever had from a chippy. I won a meal for 4 at the shefford Xmas raffle. Thought I'd try it out as I heard they do gluten free fish and chips. I've got to say it was absolutely lovely. I haven't had fish and chips in years and this was well worth the wait. I've been back since as well. Again, absolutely lovely.

Great tasting chips, sausage and curry sauce. Their staff was quick, friendly and efficient.
Only downside is their fish isn't particularly pleasant. The fish often had a lot of bones in which particularly ruins it for me. The batter is nice, golden and crispy.

Generally pretty good and fairly priced. Shame it can take an age to get your food, even when you just order sausage and chips. A simple quick wins system would make a lot of difference to wait times.
