Even though it was my fault…I ordered the wrong pizza for my uncle, so the delivery lady told me to call them up and explain the issue. I told them that I had accidentally ordered the wrong pizza🙈 but the man on the phone was so kind and helpful, made a new pizza for me and fresh dough balls as I ordered the wrong ones of them too oops! Service was great from both the delivery driver and the man on the phone.
Quick delivery, driver called me before he left which I had asked to do and was super friendly. The order was spot on and freshly cooked/hot on arrival. Thanks!
Excellent service! I made a mistake when ordering 2 pizza's. Ordered 2 with 50% discount & when I checked the final cost was correct but I must have knocked one of the pizza's off the order so they only delivered 1. The delivery driver must have reported back my disappointment so they phoned me. 20 minutes later a lovely hot pizza was delivered. Thank you all so much. Top Class Service.
I had an issue with an order incorrectly created on the app. Called the guys at the branch to explain and they were brilliant. Changed the order - delivered with entire list of things I should have had. Fantastic service and understanding.
It was my first visit to Domino's Pizza and it was surprisingly good.
Credit where credit is due, our last order was running behind the estimated time by about 40 mins (I don’t think the tracker has any relevance to the actual process), and an item was missing BUT when we ordered this time, they ensured our order was correct and also provided the missing item from last time. Phone lines were answered quickly and the team in the actual store were helpful.
Delivery driver, made a mistake once on our order and promised something to us next time he came. (Not really his fault sauce burst open) 6 months later we’d not had a Dom dom’s for a while. Driver in the White Merc remembered. Going the extra mile. If I could give you a pay rise and a 10 star review I would. Credit to the company! *Sorry I don’t know your name!
Always use delivery... The odd time things are wrong they get sorted straight away. I didn't used to like Domino's..always found the pizzas way to oily...but pizzas from SHEFFORD...no complaints.

Hands down best dominoes I’ve ever had and have it a couple of times a month. They never get it wrong
