We love our village library! We visit weekly for the delicious cakes and enjoy the relaxed, friendly atmosphere. My daughter loves playing in the kids area and reading the books. The staff are all lovely too. Well worth a visit, even if you don’t live in the village. X

Great to see a small, village library being used in such an innovative way. Lots of activities for kids especially, with lovely areas for them to play and read and an excellent cafe. Really nice when your children are asking and asking when their next visit will be

Shenstone Library and coffee shop is a lovely place to visit, run by volunteers who are friendly and helpful, and the coffee and cakes etc are delicious! There’s usually a good selection of artwork displayed, magazines available to browse through and the library bookshelves are very well organised, there’s a good variety, you can order a book, catch up on community events and generally spend a relaxing time in a warm and welcoming atmosphere. My favourite library anywhere.

Bright and airy with art displays on the wall. Very friendly people serving, who I believe are all volunteers 👏. The price of refreshments are very reasonable.

Run by lot of lovely volunteers to help this library to stay open! Now they also have coffee shop inside and other. Lot of cakes and cheap. Great place to read and chat too. Not a lot of books but you can always order it and get it send to the library. I think it is 50p for adult. To order Children book is free. The only place I know don’t have self checkout machine. You can place / return your book in the bin located outside.

Recently tried baby bounce and rhyme with my little one and he really enjoyed it. Total bonus to have a coffee and a cake to follow the class! Will be attending again.
