I had a lamb shank, and it was cooked to perfection. The meat just fell off the bone. The staff were very friendly and seated us quickly with no reservation. I went in a group of 6, and everyone really enjoyed their meals.
Green man is a nice pub. The food was very good, I had gluten free vegetarian slice with mash peas and broccoli, and gravy, and it was excellent. The wife had rump steak chips onion rings peas and said it was one of the best steaks she has …
food wasn't good. waiters were unfriendly. their Angus burger was nothing like an Angus burger and it was horrible. my friend didn't eat his. my pulled pork jacket potato was alright. their lamb shank was a bit smelly and quite hard. we didn't enjoy our lunch here.
A very reasonably priced place to grab some lunch. Huge and varied menu, something for everyone. Prices are reasonable and the portions match. Service is pleasant, waiting times are good. Overall, this is a nice busy place to come and have lunch
