We had a nice meal at the restaurant. We both had Chicken Tikka Peaaz Roshan, & it was lovely. There was a lot of slices of garlic though, some of which we fished out as it was too much. The Cobra on draught was very nice too. The restaurant has its own car park too.
All in all of very good. Rang to place order, was told food would be ready in circa 35 mins... and it was....👍 Polite, friendly and efficient. Tasty food, decent portions and good value for money. Would return. Thank you!
Lovely authentic family run Indian restaurant. You can take away or dine in. Very friendly service and some dishes I had never tried before. Well priced, you won't be disappointed. Also they are good at marking what is and isn't gluten free on their menus.
Me and 2 others were happy to find a table here late sunday. We all enjoyed food, it is of a very good quality and generous amount. Some dishes we haven't tried before. The jug of mango lassi is well worth its price. I loved the mushroom rice. Funny, but it went well with the spicy hot fish.

Drove down and ordered takeaway as we were staying in felton. Everything we got was delicious. Portions were generous (so next day's lunch was sorted), and when they say a dish is "spicy" they are not messing about! Definitely recommend and will definitely come back next time we are up here.

Excellent restaurant with good choice of dishes. Very helpful and friendly staff and they really took great care when cleaning tables when customers leave. Definitely will go back again when we are in the area
The best curry in the north east by a mile. All the staff are very accommodating and welcoming. The highlight of my visit is always Mr Miah with his Jackie chan moves anyone that wants entertainment please ask for this guy he’s very accommodating and ask him about the hole in the wall. Looking forw
The staff can’t not be faulted, asked for recommendations based on what I liked and the staff gave me plenty of options. The food is always top notch. The high light of my night was Mr Miah showing me his world famous UFC moves much to the stones delight.
Wonderful surprise find. The meal was delicious. It was right up there with our favourite Indian restaurant back home. We enjoyed it so much and the prices were well worth the food and service that we went again during our 3 day break.
Lal Khazana is a bit of a hidden gem, but one of the best Indian restaurants in the local area. We've eaten here quite a few times and on every occasion the food has been great. The service is always first class and the staff are always attentive and friendly.
