Subway

Wanted to use a coupon and we run up separately I have one older son had a gift card then my other son and then me. When it came to me for my coupon he said no and he was giving us a hard time with the other ones too that he did not want to take the coupons he wouldn’t let me use my coupon he said one per family I told him I didn’t want it then we spent so much money here at Subway and my son has so many gift cards he’s disabled and the one thing he likesIs subway now I’m going to tell his family not to get him gift cards there anymore because I will never go back there again and it was the owner he made me feel so horrible he does not realize how much business he has lost. I never use coupons either it figures the first time I use them never again will I go there!

This is the second time we have come here, and the young skinny guy has had an attitude.. no one makes you work there, buddy... Some lady who I assume was the manager was waiting on a female with like 4 sandwiches when we came in. So then 4 men come from the back, but no one helps until the short guy comes over with his attitude... I know masks aren't mandatory anymore, but we ARE still in a pandemic... he was not wearing one. And he acted like he couldn't hear me... One more time man...

Came in and ordered the cold cut combo. Kid with glasses starts making a simple bologna sandwich. I tell him it comes with 3 meats. He says "maybe years ago". When I ask to change my order, he huffs and throws the bologna across the room towards the trash and says sarcastically, "sure, no problem". Guess someone wasn't happy to be at work that day...

Food is good but the one worker I’ve had an issue with twice in a week span. First time he didn’t have his mask on correctly. Your working with food! This time he was extremely rude. I stopped him from doing my sandwiches and asked the other worker to take over. The first guy continued to talk back low. I’ll be going to a different subway. Longer drive for better service. So irritated and annoyed by his behavior. His hands looked dirty as was his shirt. I get it that people get dirty at work sometimes but I used to work at a subway. He needs to go. Then maybe I’ll go back.

Small skinny kid with the glasses has no work ethic what so ever. I walk in and it was already busy and he starts complaining about how it’s busy and how people should “start eating at home”. How else are you going to make money smooth brain? I cant believe they let these type of kids have jobs it absolutely blows my mind… If you can’t handle working in a busy work environment then don’t work!!!!! Unbelievable what our world has come to with these kids.

Horrible experience tonight! 2 employees extremely rude! Annoyed when I asked if a drink came with the slider combo. Showed her the sign and she slams the cup on the counter and says "here's your drink". It did not get better from there. It was the first time I ever wanted to throw the drink at someone. I didn't. No manager. Only her granddaughter who also was rude and left the guy to do all the work. Called corporate. Not ever going back to that location.
