Large store rebuild of M & S Simply Food. Large M & S Cafe. Long wait. Now has digital self service tills for paying for clothes etc. Near bus stops. Has a car park. Clean toilets.

The ridiculous cafe system where you are not allowed to order from a person and must instead navigate a machine / qR code is horrible. Bottom marks.

I always enjoy shopping at M&S in any country, from Asia to England. The staff are always friendly and helpful. Besides the quality of their products, be it clothing, soaps or food, it's always excellent. My Asian friends love their biscuits and other goodies.

Fiona in cafe. A small act of kindness goes a long way. We appreciated it. She knows why. Staff work hard to accommodate people, and yet they still complain. Come on people, the staff are doing their best. Difficult times for all.

Love this place, regular visits here. All produce of the highest quality. Love the Barista Oat milk, have tried dozens, and this is by far the best! Other favorites are the onion rings! The Kenyan tea bags are the best too, have not used any other for years.

Me, my wife and kids go to the cafe every Sunday and this Sunday wasn't like usual. Our food was very late and I wasnt really impressed. I then called the manager, Fiona from the cafe over and complained. She was extremely helpful and sorry for the situation and explained the staffing situation. On leaving she gave us a discount for the lateness in the food . Very happy and will be coming again. Excellent customer service, not seen nowadays except by maybe Amazon.

I visited M&S Sears retail Park Friday 28th April 2023 at 17.40 hours. The cardigan I wanted didn't have the size on rail and I asked at pay counter if there was any in stock. The sales assistant checked on computer and there was 3 in stock and she alerted someone to get it from the back and this was done promptly and very friendly. I was so pleased the size was available as it was for a present but if these 3 items were on the rails and not in the back of shop who knows who else would have bought one?
