First time using West Road and was impressed. I placed 20 orders of food for delivery to the beach for a social gathering. Really quick responses to messages. Pre-order provided the day before. All delivered directly from the shop to the beach on time and with loads of extras including salt, bottles
I visited West road fish bar with my family, it is a very hygienic shop with a beautiful atmosphere. Couldn't recommended it enough, will definitely be coming here again.
Service amazing also the best fish and chips so fresh I ordered for 7 people everyone commented how delicious 😋 it was also very friendly. Thanks Jade you are a credit to the shop xx

Can't fault the cod and chips. Mushy peas were ok but the curry sauce was so watery it was unpleasant. Overall still prefer Ness Road Chippy.
So very busy tonight and run off thier feet. Plus they had deliveries to do. They didn't stop once just kept going. Even the que went out the door the line kept going on a srmteady stream. No one had to wait to long gor thier food . Girls were great 👍 x
Random stop after day out at the beach, shop clean and staff super Friendly. We had cod & chips which was cooked fresh while we waited, served in the now standard cardboard box. We sat inside as they have a few tables, would go again if we're in the area.
Recently contacted the shop regarding a neighbourhood jubilee party, Jade was so helpful and nothing was to much trouble, all delivered to the door with no problems on arranged day, the food was 5 star and came complete with accompaniments, would certainly recommend. Cooked perfectly, not greasy and the thickness of the batter is perfect so it is not heavy on the belly. Also the portions are a nice size.
I am really satisfied with the very friendly service i received with excellent customer service and all food was excellent it was also great value for money gonna keep coming back and i will recommend this to anyone and everyone. thank you 😊
Real good fish and chips. Big selection and I could see em battering fresh fish in the back for the order so it's not one of those ones that just reheat or serve up yesterday's servings. Tables inside for eating in too!
Very nice and very reasonable priced. Delicious fish cooked to order ... staff brilliant and friendly nothing too much trouble.

Saveloy and chips were really nice. Staff were really polite and all in all a wonderful experience. Would recommend this chip shop.
Yes a real 5 stars, i had cod and chips, the fish was freshly fried as were the chips absolutely 1st class, always a happy atmosphere a real hidden gem with great service, I hope you enjoy
