The Red Lion - Shoreham-by-Sea - Photo album

Small but cozy pub. The staff is mainly friendly and bubbly. The food tastes Great, specially their Sunday roast. Their pasta portions is well larger than the average (serves 2 if you order some nibbles), but still tastes good. If you want a table inside, it’s better to book in advance. Specially
Excellent food and friendly staff here. Such a lovely pub we came here twice in our weekend stay in the area.
Nice pub for a drink at the end of a good walk up the downs. Open fire and easy access to the downslink and across the old toll bridge towards Lancing College. Food is available but I haven't tried it so can't comment. Would recommend but beware of low beams as it is very old.
We arrived soaking wet after walking in torrential rain to a warm welcome from both the staff and the regulars; what a wonderfu, friendly bunch of people. I must mention the choice and condition of the beer; simply superb! This is how to run a pub!
Beautiful mid October day to sit out and enjoy the sun with friends! The pint and cheesy chips (very nice chips and very cheesy, too πŸ™‚) were a nice addition.
Loved it. After a bit of walking about Shoreham decided to go the extra 10 minutes out of town and wasn't disappointed. Literally just finished and it was great. Good value, helpful staff, great atmosphere.
Absolutely lovely pub, with the most friendly staff and so many dogs, it's pure heaven 😍

All the batter is secretly gluten free! 😁 So the fish and chips etc. are all gluten free!! The staff were very knowledgeable about coeliac!
Amazing pubs go there a lot with my girlfriend's family everyone I enjoy myself and so do they. Even though I don't drink much.
Had a fabulous Sunday (Mother's day) roast. I'm wheat intolerant and I had an abundance of choices of gluten free options. The food was delicious and the staff were very caring and attentive. Highly reccomend a visit for the cosy atmosphere and delicious food!
First time we have been for a long time. The new owners have made a very good job of renovating the pub, the food was good and the service very friendly.
Great food, good beer and homely service. Thank you for a lovely lunch for our cycling group
Olde Worlde pub really friendly staff. Tucked away off a busy road. Overall a lovely experience.
Well run. Friendly staff. Great drink and food selections with a lovely garden
Good food at a good price. Fantastic fish and chips.
Nice old pub, good beer. Lunchtime burger and chips very good. They desperately need a coffee machine, dreadful mug of instant. Toilet in desperate need of refurbish. Overall ambience good hence 4 stars. Nice pint of Youngs bitter. Pub now refurbished and looking good.
