I have to say, this is quite possibly the best Italian food I have ever had. For me to even say that, when my family is Italian and Italian food is their life, it has to be something special.
Since I first visited, I was welcomed with huge smiles and looked after very well throughout the night. I highly recommend Bella Napoli to anyone looking for authentic, heart warming, and mouth watering food in Shrewsbury.
Trust me when I say, you will most definitely be returning.
Went here for a meal while visiting my sister who lives in Shrewsbury, fantastic food & service & hospitality, downside for us is that we live too far away to visit more regular .... if you're ever in Shrewsbury you must try this place , would definitely recommend.

Went today for lunch wow excellent food and great value for money the lunch special is brilliant , started, main and a pudding, i have been to many restaurants but bella napoli is my very favourite , the staff are brilliant so friendly and very helpful... cant wait to go back .... if you have not been here i suggest you try it you will not be disappointed ...

Gorgeous food. Loved it. My husband and I had a Turkish dish for 2 people to share. It was absolutely delicious. Skewered chicken and lamb, lamb kofte, chicken wings, salad and rice. Meat was Devine. We were on a weekend away from North Wales, so glad we came across this restaurant, will definitely go back if we go to Shrewsbury again.

This is the best Italian food I have ever eaten. You can watch them making all the food from scratch - and you can tell in the taste. Considering the high level of the food, in my opinion the prices are really competitive. Family run, which I love. So after having had a lunch here as a walk-in customer, we now eat here all the time. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. This is how all restaurants should be.

Cheesy garlic bread was on super fresh dough, definitely home made, bruschetta was really fresh and we suspected the bread was home made too.
Lasange so fresh and light, beautiful layers of pasta, the tomato sauce was perfect. Clean plate club.
The Penne Gorgonzola E Noci was Creamy, nutty aftertaste, very light and still fillings with a deep flavour with the tang of gorgon zola, pasta cooked perfect Al dents
For Wine, we chose a bottle of the Chianti. Which was soft, fruity and beautifully complimented the savoury meals especially the lasagne.
For dessert I had a single scoop of the
Gelato, Salted caramel, which was decedant and rich with enough salt to balance it perfectly.
My husband's Cheesake was light but rich with crisp base that had delicious nutty aftertaste and the lemon wasn't overpowering at all.
Staff were kind and attentive, we were never left between courses or waiting for attention.
They even realised it was his birthday, due to a loud video call where his mother bleted happy birthday at the top of her lungs, and put a sparkler in his dessert!
A must visit for authentic Italian food in Shrewsbury!
We Went for a meal during our weekend away in a lovely cottage in the countryside we found the staff to be warm and welcoming the service was excellent and the food was excellent we would highly recommend that if they were in Shrewsbury to use this restaurant if we were ever here again then a return visit would be on the agenda thankyou to the staff for making us feel welcome

Had simple mixed olive antipasti and Frutti di Mare pizza. Pizza was excellent, wine was delicious, staff were attentive and friendly.
