Popped in today for a sunday carvery and one word to describe the food and service.. WOW!!!
Starters i had a prawn cocktail and it came in a bowl full of melt in your mouth prawns on a bed of lettuce and was divine.
The sunday carvery was absolutely gorgeous, decent portion sized sliced beef, amazing chunky and crunchy cauliflower cheese, beautiful roast parsnips and proper gravy.. at this point we were stuffed until we seen another tables desserts so we had to ask for the desserts menu
Chocolate bread and butter pudding!! OMG this was possibly the most amazing dessert I think i've ever tasted in my life!!
I cannot recommend this place highly enough!!
Fantastic thank you
Went here tonight for my birthday meal have to say it was the best meal I've had in a long time. Staff were amazing couldn't have been more attentive and food was just amazing would definitely recommend this place in a heartbeat xxx
After a family outing to Haughmond Hill we couldn’t decide what to do for tea, having driven past The Kynnersley Arms many a time without stopping this time we did - and we can all definitely say it was well worth it. Front of house was Paul, who was very welcoming and when the kids decided to mix and match the menu it was not a problem, Nick and I ate off the specials board, beer battered mushrooms and a steak pie went down great for me and nick had deep fried risotto balls followed by fidget pie. The kids had cheesy garlic bread and home made pizza with individual toppings. The generous portions beat us all - but a takeaway box was readily provided. All in all a great evening and we definitely be returning soon.
Drove past here yesterday and decided to pop in today for a Sunday Carvery.
Lovely atmosphere, very attentive staff, nice local beers, great food.
Went for the beef option which was beautifully tender with a lovely selection of veg. For dessert one of the best Tiramisu's outside of Italy.
We were so impressed we booked in for Christmas dinner. Highly recommended.
Just had the most scrummy Gnocchi dish at the Kyn & I'm saying this after just getting back from Italy! Cannot recommend highly enough!
We have been meaning to visit you for many years simply because of the namesake. We drove down from Knutsford, Cheshire with our two children and were made to feel very welcome by the manager and all of his staff. We enjoyed learning about the history of the Inn and were fascinated to see the remains of the corn mill which unbelievably is recorded in the Domesday book! We thoroughly enjoyed our carvery meal. The vegetables were lovely and fresh, the meat beautifully cooked and the delicious trimmings made for a very enjoyable meal. The profiteroles were the best we've ever had (apparently!....sadly my diet didn't allow for dessert but my three compadres were very happy!!) The roaring open fire made for a very warming, homely feel and the fresh flowers on all the tables were a lovely touch. Thank you for making our hour and a half journey to visit you well worth the effort. We are very proud to see our name hanging above such a friendly, quaint and hospitable place. My children have asked that next time we visit...can you please put fairy lights around the name? It's probably the only time they'll see their name in lights!!!
Beautiful carvery and sticky toffee pudding to die for. Very friendly with excellent advice on the best mixer to have with my gin. Will definitely be going again 👍
Lovely atmosphere; great food and drink ! The searing areas are ideal for all and the staff are great !
Food and drink was excellent and the place is filled with history to explore.

Lovely meal tonight. The staff were very helpful and friendly and polite. Lovely little pub. will come back again soon.
Dropped in for a meal last Monday night with my husband, son and his girlfriend. Two of us had the slow cooked belly pork, one had fish and chips and one had sausages in a giant Yorkshire pud off the specials board. All lovely meals and very generous and followed by equally yummy puddings. Didn't have to wait long and the staff where friendly and hard working. Would definitely reccomend and we will be back.
Brilliant food, good selection of beers and a great atmosphere. Thanks to everyone for a great meal and see you again soon.
So it's Father's Day today, hubby working later so took him out for a breakfast.. really impressed a full English with high quality produce highly recommended.!! Well done x
Great relaxed atmosphere, friendly staff make you feel welcome. Food is excellent. They have some amazing specials on the boad. A real gem of a pub.
Ridden past the K Arms many times and finally went last night. Great reception when we arrived, excellent service and fab food. I am sure we will be back again soon!
Had a great time last night at the psychic evening. Great atmosphere. Thank you to Glenda for sharing her gift and to Paul and the staff at the pub 😊

Been a few times and love it, great food, nice atmosphere and brilliant staff. Hidden gem
Nice relaxed atmosphere. Lovely staff, great service. We we're a table of 7. Two went for the streak deal which was great value and a good steak. They happily swapped menu items to fit dietry requirements. The chicken dish was delicious. A very pleasant evening x
Great food/value. Carvery beef was excellent. Only downside was foul language of locals at bar - hey ho, it is what it is, you have to suck it up and move forward - well actually I don't so I complained! Apology from manager accepted.
Lovely cosy, historic building complete with open fire and log burner inside and the the old mill workings (downstairs)including a remains of a waterwheel (outside. as seen on time team).
We arrived without a reservation but they fitted us in without a problem, the staff are efficient & friendly and the Sunday carvery was well cooked, varied, delicious and plentiful. And a small, important detail, the food was served on hot plates.
While we were eating another group arrived but thought they would need to leave as they couldn't see a vegetarian/vegan option. The staff made a really special effort to meet their needs by preparing something specially for them.
All in all this is a great place to eat with staff that will go that "extra mile" to make their guests happy.
We had a lovely meal this evening (30/09). Portions were enormous! Excellent value for money. Pleasant place to visit. Really nice Staff. Thoroughly recommended
Great food, seriously. Lovely atmosphere and very friendly, helpful staff. I've come back again and again.
A warm welcome awaits you at the Kyn. The host bent over backwards to make me feel welcome, as did the local clientele. My evening meal was worth waiting for, being freshly cooked. As a single woman travelling on her own I felt very welcome. I wouldn’t hesitate to return if in the area.
Great service, really warm and welcoming staff. Out food was delayed slightly but we didn't mind as it was delicious and the waiting staff were on hand and very helpful. Will definitely come back again soon.
Popped in for a pint as I was passing by. It's now called The Mill. Nice ale at a very reasonable price. Very on the ball with Covid safety. Nice place in a lovely area.
Nice spot for a quick drink. Friendly welcoming staff and nice decor. We didn't try the food but Sunday lunch looked good.
Absolutely beautiful food served very quickly by really friendly staff. Plenty of space to park the car. Really interesting mill workings visible near the toilets.
I stopped coming here for a while and came back recently .... absolutely loved it!! 3 course meal all perfect and now I’m sat in here again right now! Lovely staff lovely food . Thank you ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
A positive great willingness to serve a very good meal! Very enjoyable & very worthy of a visit... it's got a bit of history too!
