Went for quick pint just after work on a Friday night with the family. Had 2 pints instead of 1. Staff were nice beer was good. What more could you. Nice little country pub.
Fantastic little local pub. Free car parking available. Food was very tasty and good value for money. Staff friendly and came over to check out meal was ok.
Friendly pub open from 3pm on a Saturday. Hobsons Twisted Spire, Butty Bach and HPA on tap, well kept. Log burner on and good-sized pub tables, nooks and a shelf full of books! Also served pickled eggs 👌
Had a beautiful meal here for my Dad’s 80th birthday. Excellent portions for hungry diners and incredible value for money. The food was delicious (tempura batter on the Fish to dream about) lovely place, really friendly staff and locals as well as a great car parking area. Would definitely recommend

We had a superb meal with some friends at the Red Lion. Great food, excellent beer selection, and an exceptionally hard working lady behind the bar, who also took food orders, cleared tables, served coffees and stoked the wood burner - all with a warm smile. Thoroughly and highly recommended.
