Halls Cafe

I buy alot from various auction esp since covid but i have never recieved such a proffessional and friendly service. Halls were very fair on shipping and it arrived so quickly. The customer service has been impeccable and my friends are tired of hearing about it. Ive had so many bad experiences from other companies with items not as described, missing parts of a lot or postage costs that make me wince so i was happily suprised by Halls and can not recommend this auction house highly enough it needs 6 stars out of 5 not 5 !

My first buying experience with Halls and couldn't be more pleased. As a collector of marine pictures I was entering uncharted waters in bidding for a pocket pistol and Caroline Dennard could not have been more helpful. Her pre-sale advice proved invaluable and her readiness to give further advice following a successful purchase has been brilliant. The whole process has been up there with the best service I've received from any auction house in several years of buying. Many thanks!

We used Halls to value the contents of our Church, St. Michaels,Eglwysfach. Joseph was a delight to deal with and very thorough at his job. He gave us a whole new perspective to the many items in our Church which we had no idea on their value and history. The final documented booklet was beautifully presented, one for us and one for our Insurance company. The fees were very reasonable for the amount of work that it entailed. We shall definitely use Halls again and will ask for Joseph !

Quite the most professional auction house that I have used. Joseph Trinder was was extremely helpful and knowledgeable from our first meeting; sensibly valuing items in the current climate and ultimately achieving what I considered realistic prices.
