A pub that's full of warm welcomes and clearly run by a great team.
We stopped in for dinner, and service was excellent. Despite our waitress admitting to being new and thus unable to give qualified advice on the menu, she was full of charm and attentive throughout.

A really brilliant real ale here on Friday evening. The outdoor seating area is fantastic, and the service is friendly. I recommend for some tasty beer - I’ll be back to taste the food, it smelled delicious!

We come every two weeks for the pub quiz , George , Tori and the team are amazing always such a lovely atmosphere! The quiz is always a great laugh and such a good turnout. Staff are very attentive and great are keeping on top of making sure your glass is never empty! We love it x

The locally brewed Joule's Green Monkey beer is one of the best lagers I've drank in a very long time. You have to try it.

We had hired the venue for an after wedding party and they provided above and beyond service. They organised a live band which was interactive and very upbeat contributing to a lovely atmosphere. We popped in to this lovely pub for some lunch on our travels. The staff were lovely & very helpful. The food was lovely we both opted for the double cheeseburger 🍔 I would highly recommend the White Horse.
