Very nice pudding place, does big cups of coffee and has a vast selection of puddings, I had a tough choice choosing as there were so many good options. The puddings were delicious and are presented gorgeously, and service is fast. Staff here are very friendly and are very good with recommendations. Great little place for a date 😊

Booked a table for a friend's Christmas celebration on Friday night, could not have been treated better! Our table had been set beautifully with little Christmas crackers filled with chocolates for each of us. The staff were super friendly, helpful and attentive. A particular shout out to our waitress Ella who took fantastic care of us all, ensuring our orders were filled quickly and dealt with any issues we had. The food was amazing and so beautifully presented! On reading previous reviews I was nervous of what to expect but the shop is under new management now and things could not be more different from previous reviews. I would highly recommend this place to anyone! Can't wait to take my kids there next time. Thank you to everyone again for making our evening so enjoyable!!
Delicious gluten free cheesecake. Nice afternoon treat. Sampled the Moonwalker Milkshake. Absolutely delicious. Very clean store. Greeted by a lovely gentleman as we arrived. Card/contactless and cash paymenys accepted. Reasonably priced. Toilets are down two sets of stairs, but beautifully clean. 10/10 will visit again.
Went into little dessert shop during the week, and asked for the dessert to be delivered. No hesitation at all, and they were more than happy to help. Nothing was too much to ask for, and the staff and manager ( didn’t catch his name), we’re absolutely brilliant! We had a waffle and it was bang on! Highly recommend for service and grub! Cheers guys!

Disappointing that the brownies and others are mass produced, frozen and defrosted to order. Still the waffle was divine.
We visited today and the food was absolutely gorgeous. We had very impressive sundaes and delicious fresh waffles. I can’t wait to go again! The customer service was completely above and beyond. Unfortunately my four year old had her unicorn sundae, and then tried some of my waffle. She couldn’t tolerate the texture and unfortunately it made her sick. This was absolutely nothing to do with the food, which was superb, just a sensory thing for her. The excellent manager was so friendly and kind about it, providing me with towels to tidy up and checking we were ok. It was a horrid thing to happen and could have been made so much worse by the wrong staff, but instead we left feeling cared for and desperately wishing I had cash on me to leave a very large tip. Next time we visit I will make sure I do! My daughter is already asking when that will be. Thank you so much to Fliss and Charlie for being so kind to us with a noisy toddler and all the mess.

Visited the shop today and was really impressed, positive experience from start to finish. Food was fresh and really delicious. Special mention to Ella and Charlie who provided excellent customer service and made us feel so welcome. Will definitely be back soon !
Came into the store yesterday with my daughters, was greeted with amazing and friendly customer service and was seated by the young gentleman in the black T-shirt, i ordered two hot chocolates and a hazelnut cheesecake. I asked the waiter whom I mentioned before - if I could have an extra mug to spilt between myself and my two daughters hot chocolates however when he brought them over he went above and beyond and filled all three mugs then gave us candy canes!

Went in earlier this evening and even while busy with online orders our server Charlie managed to serve us quickly and efficiently. Excellent service and the food was amazing and great value for what you pay for while super filling. Highly recommend.

I'd love to give a 5 star review because the treats at this place are amazing and if this was a review only based on the times we have been into the shop it would be. The staff are lovely and the food/treats are amazing! However, the delivery side of it all is so bad, that we actually refuse to order from here anymore unless we know we can go and collect or just pop into the shop ourselves.
I only live up the road (copthrone, so literally about 5 minutes) however, the 3/4 times we have ordered for delivery, we've had to wait upwards of 2 or even sometimes 3 hours for it to arrive. again, when we only live about 5 minutes away, it really makes you wonder why. (we have a small child so when we order a late night treat, we cant go out for it, hense delivery) On one occasion, they sent the wrong item but it was so late, we just didn't even see the point in calling to complain.
We always only order Slushies and Cake, mainly because there is minimum spend on just eat, however when we go in to the shop, were served and out the door in literal minutes, another reason to question why it takes 2 or even 3 hours sometimes. I'd like to say this isn't a regular occurrence but it most definitely is and judging by the other reviews on the delivery, others feel the same
So, while we no longer order for delivery, we absolutely love this shop and will continue to buy our slushies from here! :) and I 100% recommend it, its definitely worth the price!
