This Starbucks is my favorite to come to. Love the employees! Ashley was so helpful and very knowledgeable helping me decide what new drink to try! I will definitely make the trip to come to this one!

Great location for fast and friendly service. Staff is always great. It's always clean, including the restrooms. Getting in and out of the parking lot can suck, plus not many spots for the busiest times.

Always great but can we normalize them not making us shout our phone number into the speaker. It seems to be the only location that does that lol it’s super awkward when you can just scan my Panera card. Love you guys! :)

This Starbucks is so slow!!! The Shrewsbury location is always out of things. I went late afternoon when it isn’t even busy and it still took 30 mins to order a drink and get it. The queen street location is much faster and always has stuff.

Thank you for not slacking on drinks when we ask for “light ice”! I go to a lot of Starbucks and this one always has pleasant staff and steady service.

Drinks are always amazing & made correctly. Ordering on the app is a game changer and I’ll never go back. Nicole was the Barista who served my drink & even with a mask on, you could tell she was smiling! So welcoming & kind. Definitely exceeded my expectations. Great parking options also.

This place is always out of items or is always closed. Closing for a staff meeting at 6 pm is just ludicrous. I can see later in the evening like 7:30 but closing right when people are getting off work is extremely unprofessional. Whoever chose that time definitely needs more training. Not to mention the long wait times in the drive thru or the mobile ordering ALWAYS turned off. This place either needs new management or corporate needs to get involved.

This morning I used the drive-thru to order my coffee. When I pulled around to pay, I presented my phone for him to scan the app. Once he did. He said " Thanks Rita" after reading my name on the app. I just thought that that small detail of saying my name was awesome. I asked his name and he said "Levi" and then said " nice to meet you" May not seem like a big deal but he was just so nice and the experience made me smile the whole way to work. Thanks Starbucks Shrewsbury for hiring such a good person.
