Fantastic experience from the moment we arrived. Food was fresh and tasty. Great selection of wines. Excellent service. All round a very special lunch that won’t be forgotten.

Quality. Superbly delicious scallops (with caviar!) and calamari, with chips. Tasty locally brewed beers (Salcombe or Gritchie breweries). Very friendly and helpful service. Great view out to promenade and sea. Recommended.

Had a very nice battered fish and chips here for dinner with a friend. Nice wine and cappuccino too. Not the cheapest in Sidmouth, but sat outside on a lovely night and had a great view of the sea. Service was a little slow, but friendly staff.

We had scallops and mussels, an excellent salad with a very nice dressing and a good basque cheesecake. Lovely place by the sea. Good atmosphere.

Dinner here was amazing. The service, staff and food were all brilliant and we had no word of complaint. Mussels were tasty, oysters delicious and fresh, cod and beef perfectly cooked. You have to book but it is absolutely worth it!!
Excellent food with plenty of choice. I had a superb monk fish tail with Salsa Verde. Finished with affogato. Perfect blend of powerful espresso and pistachio ice cream. (Calamari and scallops were also both extremely good).
