Specifically asked if Triple Berry Julius had any dairy in it and was told no. Since I am lactose intolerant my body told me otherwise and when I asked again I was told it has coconut powder in it but it wasn't dairy based. I looked it up and in fact it is dairy based powder. Not only if you work there you should know your product but after being asked a second time you would think you would at least verify your info before lying to me again. They wouldn't even replace my drink or give me my money back. Poor customer service and very much a legal liability for your company. Will never go there again. Thanks for stealing my $6.

It's kind of weird when your ice cream machine isn't broken and you can't get a blizzard at 8:50pm. Baskin Robbins had no problem selling me an ice cream. I work In the mall and go there all the time. Just kind of a bummer and weird.

Went there @8:45 & the blond girl behind the counter said "WE'RE CLOSED" in a pretty nasty way. I get it, it was close to closing time. Probably would've totally understood if she was a little more polite about it. Nobody likes rude people, especially when your trying to buy something from them. Customer service could use a tune up for sure.

Short blond haired girl was so rude. I ordered a salted caramel truffle blizzard and I basically got a Wendy's chocolate frosty. Never coming to this Dairy Queen again.
