Waited in line for around 30 minutes. Waited at the order box for 10 minutes without a single word said to us. Pulled up to the drive through window and asked if the box wasn't working, got told "we're like... super busy" by the teenage worker. Left without anything. Love getting my time wasted.

I am very understanding that it is short staffed everywhere. That is why when we called at 2am to ask when they'd be open and they said it would be a out an hour because they needed breaks and to restock, that was okay. Drove over there at 3:30am, they said it would be another 20-30 min.. Okay, that is fine. Waited until 4am and got back in the drive through and they told us it would be another 20-30min. At that point it is ridiculous.

I don't know if the person who made my sandwich was having a bad day night or whatever that does not give you the right to smash your client's food and on top of that putting the condiments all over the outside of the of the food as well this is ridiculous

Only came for the curly fries and left with a whole meal. 10/10. Best curly fries I've tasted. And the meal wasn't too bad either. Would recommend.

customer service isnt the greatest, they get the food out yes. they do their job yes. but the drive thru folks make it sound like "yet another customer.. ugh". especially when they hand out your food like "receipt.. coke.. straw.." LITERALLY. what is this the military? you about to send me off to boot ma'am?

This place needs to stop saying they are open 24/7. I get off work at 10 and go there to a person who's only job is to say "sorry we're closed" but when they don't want to do that they just put A LADDER in the drive through, if you're in the building you can cook. Prior to that it's been hit or miss. They have a Habit of hiring people with little to no people skills and bad attitudes.

kitsap way jack in the box is terrible! went there at 4 am and someone was sleeping inside...not responding at the drive thru!!! i emailed corporate and never got any reply.

24 hours my behind showed up to silverdale wa location At 0100 am and nobody, and I mean nobody responded. This is a ridiculous if your not open at those times stop posting it as such .
