24/5/2022 Tuesday lunch 2.30pm TLDR: Contrary to popular belief, I think their flavours aren't that delicious 🤔. Pricing is more expensive than other fast food outlets 💸. My friends and I bought their family pack for 4-5 pax sharing 🍽 ($45). A bit weird we can choose only 4 sides and 4 dips when 5 people eat. 6 tenders 🍗 and 5 flavours of boneless. It doesn't come with drinks 🥤, need to add on $1.20 🙄. Their flavours I find is so-so. Flavours like Texas buffalo, Teriyaki, Hickory smoked BBQ, are too damn sweet. Their tenders are lemon flavoured 🍋 and a bit dry. Their sides are questionable. Fries 🍟 are sweet?? But crispy so issok. Coleslaw 🥬 is okay, quinoa rice 🍚 is decent and a large serving. Definitely not enough for 5 pax. We added on 5 more boneless for $5.50. While it sounds cheap, I feel other shops like jollibee and four fingers offer better pricing and flavours. Can pay with cash, nets, paywave, shoppeepay, paylah, etc. Staff are relatively nice, their self-serve kiosks doesn't really have customisation so we just ordered at the counter instead. They usually take a long time to fry the chicken 🐓, maybe have to catch from Malaysia also, about 15-20 minutes ⏰. Toilet is nearby (mall toilet) and accessible 🚽🧻✅.

The Louisiana Voodoo fries are excellent, crispy on the outside and soft n fluffy on the inside. Drizzled w moreish cheese & ranch sauce cajun seasoning. Make sure you opt for that extra helping of ranch sauce when you collect your order. The warm fries are lovely when dunked into the cool sauce. This time we tried the Hickory Smoked BBQ and Texas Buffalo boneless wings combo. Both were excellent (big bold flavours) but a little too drenched with sauce. The meal sets are good value compared to other fried chicken places.

Do not patronise unless you have too much time. We ordered at 1.15PM, it's 1:46 and "your order is still not ready, maybe 30 minutes" - for just 8 wings :) Edit: Order finally arrived 1:51PM. Imagine waiting an hour for lunch when there is less than 10 groups of customers at the store. 😂 In that time, I could go to best denki, buy a fryer and go NTUC for ingredients, get home and fry wings myself 😂 It says "worth the wait" on the store wallpaper but it's a lie lol.

I am not a big fan of chicken but I liked theirs. Every flavour was actually good. The place was packed when we got there but we easily found a table. Our order was ready in maybe 15 to 20 minutes. The boneless choice was just as good as the original. A bit pricey but worth it. I highly recommend this one.
