Mcdonald's

Not the best experience. Ordered via self service terminal with no paper, only realised all terminals ran out of paper. Stood in line to speak to staff to ask what my order number was only to be ignored as staff gossip was more important. Spent $67.00 on chicken nuggets, cheese burgers, wraps and m&m mcflurrys. Order presented to me minus the cheeseburgers. Had to wait 10 minutes while hot food went cold and ice cream melted. Now not sure who teaches the staff but customers should always come first and don't serve hot food until the whole order is complete and then give the ice cream. Needless to say, I don't get takecaway / fast food often but this experience cements why. Sorry McDonalds, your customer service needs an overhaul and the presentation/ delivery of food needs one too. While I'm ranting you should consider bio degradable packaging...

ordered a medium cheese burger meal and medium quarter pounder meal and a six nugget happy meal and they got one meal wrong instead of a medium cheese burger meal i got a kids cheese burger happy meal and the chips aren’t cooked well and the burger is dry (not the first time we’ve been to singleton macdonalds and they have stuffed up.)

It is painful to see how low in quality Mac Donalds could get to. The premises is so dirty that you are not sure where to sit. We wouldn’t even try to clean the baby chair, all of them were so filthy, it was a disgrace. I do not want to get to deep into the state of the bathroom but it is sad to see a big name like Maccas so low in hygiene. deep clean that’s what it’s needed.

McDonald’s has really gone down hill in Singleton. This is what I received today through the drive through. Where is the quality control. Back in my day when I worked at McDonalds things were very different. This would never have left the kitchen. Not to mention the customer service is appalling. I’m never greeted at the window with a smile. They are all rude at the drive through especially at the last window. They hand me my food and say there you go. It’s so disappointing how McDonald’s has become.

Singleton McDonalds - Had a kids birthday party planned for the park. Got caught out with the rain. Spk to manager Sam, was wonderful arranged for us to use the party room, bought happy meals for the kids and took along a cake. Staff couldn’t do enough to help. Good option until Maccas brings back their own parties.

Every single time we come here through drive thru the chips are never filled up always get about a third of what should be packed. Very frustrating as the drive thru is packed so when we receive the food we always end up leaving disappointed our chips we paid for we didn't receive, also have had nuggets missing out of our order a handful of occasions.
