Oh my god!!! Took my mum today to celebrate her 86th birthday, service 100%, food , 100%, , in all I wud recommend this place to be totally spoiled,, fish every way possible cooked to perfection xxx just saying xxxx if my one complains , then I guess they must be stupid đź‘Ťđź‘Ť

We visited today which is a Monday night at around 4:30. It was quiet in the restaurant but we were well looked after. There was an extensive menu and a specials board. We had a cod and chips, bacon loaded chips and a fish bites for DD. Food arrived promptly and was well cooked. All plates were clear at the end. The loaded chips were amazing, I highly recommend. The restaurant and toilets were lovely and clean. We'll definitely be back.

Food was delicious. I do not believe it was real cod. We ordered Cod and chips. Not sure what fish they are selling but it wasn't cod. Was good though.

Excellent fish and chips especially the Haddock. If you're not a big eater be warned the chip portions are enormous. Three of us had medium Haddock each and one medium chips to share which was plenty.

Wow what a fantastic Fish and Chip restaurant this is. Sittingbourne has some dire places to eat, however this one stands head and shoulders above the rest. It's a little on the pricey side but the service was excellent and the food was superb too. 5 stars from me.

We absolutely love it at Marinos and come here regularly. Service is always so welcoming and friendly. Food never lets us down! We had an amazing Greek Kebab platter, definitely recommend! Great value too

I use Marinos quite frequently. However tonight was disappointing. The counter service was poor. The young lady was constantly chewing gum first impressions poor. We phone in an order and was told it would be 20minutes. The order had not been done. The meat for a doner was not cooked. The and chips where stored in a side cooker until the meat was ready. This was really unexectable. When opening the fish it was mostly batter little fish. Definately not value for money

Really really disappointed with the service this evening. I visit regularly and this was by far the worst experience I have had at Marino’s. I know you have to wait for food to be cooked but 30 mins for medium cod and chips plus one small lamb donner is ridiculous. 5 other customers served before me! The excuse waiting for the kebab, well seeing as a customer who arrived after me had meat and chips plus large cod left before me that reason doesn’t add up. The kebab then sat on the counter for ten mins while waiting for the medium cod! Then given medium chips not large. The kebab was cold even before getting home. The excuse from one of the counter staff was she was stocking up. ��

I bought some food there and the portions of chips are terrible. ÂŁ3.20 for large chips and the amount you got was a joke. It is half the amount of every other chip shop in the area.
Will not use again.

Had a fantastic meal here Monday night 24th October. Service is great and the food is first class. Lovely atmosphere and very friendly. They were celebrating 50yrs of business and all their proceeds for that day were being given to the charity Demelza House. Very glad to have been part of the celebrations. Would definitely recommend. ���
