Typical Spoons pub with free WiFi and friendly staff. I went for the unlimited coffee for 1.50 as the cask beer selection was a bit dull. Busy as it was a nice sunny day.
Came here today ordered meals and dessert on the app was served super quick! Good valueđź‘Ť place looks tired tho maybe a revamp would do it justice.
The wetherspoons is a dated but the staff are very welcoming and friendly. The food was lovely as well!!

The Red Lion is a nice relaxed pub in the centre of Skegness.
It's a Witherspoon's so you know what you are going to get.
Reasonable food, good service and cheaper drinks.
All in, it's a great pub. Been several times, would recommend
Being the only wetherspoons in Skegness, it was always busy. As I have a gluten-free diet, the menu is very restricted . I usually opt for Hunter's Chicken. I can honestly say that this is the best one I've ever had in any wetherspoons, thank you. The pub itself could do with a really good clean.
Can't go wrong with a Spoons, it's our go to if we are on a family trip I said all this in another review at another one it's, the only place that I think isn't taking advantage of the "cost of living crisis" and still charging fair amounts. I'll say it for everyone I go to that maintains the spoons
Visit for breakfast. Lovely, wait a little longer due to it being really busy, but nothing to do with pub, just one of those things. Service great, staff pleasant. The only thing that was a bit off was a pile of rubbish next to bar didn't look good.
Always seek out spoons when we go anywhere new (got fined the nearest spoons on my phone). Went in The Red Lion while in Skegness,couple of pints with lunch, perfect set up for the afternoon. Can always rely on a spoons wherever you are.
Staff are great! Cosy wetherspoons. Glad I ticked it off my list to visit. Great location, nearby all day parking for ÂŁ4 in the cricket club. If I'm back in the area I will return.

Had a few days in Skegness. Used this venue to eat, in the evening. I forgot my jacket. Spoke with the manager and they sent it to my home address.

We only called in here for a drink. The staff were very friendly and service was quick. The price we paid for a beer and a wine was less than a wine at another place. Will definitely go back to try the food.
