For me, Slice is the best restaurant in this part of Wales
This was my third time at Slice and it was amazing as always. The tasting menu was incredible - the highlights were the cod with langoustines, barbequed beef and the chocolate marquise! The wine pairing and the service were excellent too -

6 course tasting menu was a proper meal. Plenty to eat but full of class. Brilliant flavours. Star dishes were beef main and rice pudding souffle.

Exceptional unique dining. Every visit brings something new, with fantastic takes on classic dishes and very personal service.
Love this place. The guys who run it are friendly and accommodating and obviously the food is spectacular. It feels really special without being pretentious. I just wish we had more opportunities to go there!
