Excellent food, staff and prices!
A must try is the Calzone meat special pizza! Massive! Monday to Thursday all pizza pasta and burgers are £6.50. The house red wine is excellent and a good price!
Pleasant set up with friendly staff - quite busy too for a Monday night, always a good sign. The menu is pretty comprehensive - the pasta was cooked well and quite tasty - would recommend/ come again
Absolutely awesome foodie experience. The pizza 🍕 😋 👌 was delicious and tasty. The carbonera fettuccine was hot and delicious 😋 obviously home made pasta as it was just the right texture and density. Staff were welcoming, friendly, helpful, and attentive. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
Nice restaurant for dinner. With a large menu catering for almost everyone, which is great for groups. Down side is service took 20 minutes just to have our drinks order taken. The starters are lovely and would recommend the garlic bread/pizza which I would suggest sharing if you're having a main course. The food is very good and tasty. Just need patience & time for your visit.

We had chilli prawns to start, I had wild mushroom and spinach risotto and chocolate orange cheesecake to finish. It was all really tasty and well presented.
The service was great, friendly and fast.
The atmosphere was lacking, no ambience. And it was freezing! At one point I'm positive they put the air con on.
But aside from that, we really enjoyed our evening.
We came here on a saturday, wasn't too busy but had a nice atmosphere and was seated quickly.
Plenty of food and drinks choices to suit everyone's tastes and the music played was pleasant pop hits.
I had the pizza fries to start, very tasty and had a real kick to it.
For my main i had a steak 'n' cheese pizza also very good and would definitely recommend both.
Only negative i had was that i had to flag down staff down 3 times for my blue cheese but apart from that we recieved good service.

First time here as part of a group and their recommendation for plates to suit all tastes. We were promptly seated and our drinks order taken. Service was swift and food arrival was quick. We had a selection of starters and mains and there were no complaints. Wouldn't hesitate to return in the future.

Really nice food at this place. Dined there with a big group and I didn't hear any complaints. Decor is a little tired and toilets could do with a refurb. But very happy with the staff and experience overall.

Before I start on my review of the food etc I want to start with the service we received from a young lady called Nas. Outstandingly helpful says it all. One of our group eats fish, but not meat or dairy and she bent over backwards to advise on dishes, sauces etc and in the end asked the chef to knock up a fresh mushroom sauce without any cream. Extremely patient, good rappor with customers, sense of humour...she is a credit to Oakley's.
There is a good choice across the menu (not too good for vegans but good for vegetarians and great for meat eaters).
Steak n ribs....lovely and tender, falling off the bone. Nice piece of steak.
Burger...huge double burger made with tasty meat and good seasoning.
Lamb....tender as could be with a rich gravy and seasonal veg.
Mushroom fettuccine with king prawns...tasty and fresh, pasta cooked perfectly.
Garlic bread....fresh and delicious.
All our meals were served promptly and were piping hot. Large portions (I think we all left something as we were full...but not much). Not one single complaint about any of the food.
Varied drinks menu but we were drinking champagne so we didn't explore this too much.
When you walk through the front door you may be a little underwhelmed as it appears quite cafe-ish, but don't be put off. It's actually quite a large, quirky building...we sat upstairs overlooking the courtyard. We cannot recommend Oakley's enough...fantastic food and service...and we will be back 👍
Pizza was excellent, sides were tasty, cheesecake delicious and the sevice efficient and friendly despite place being very busy.
Very good local beer aswell.
Food was excellent, really tasty, portion sizes were large and the staff friendly.
