Great chicken and chips and fantastic value for money also has vegetarian options. Friendly and helpful staff. A new favourite fast food shop. 😋
Lovely chicken sandwich cooked to order in front of you.. not ridiculously overfilled with a stupid amount of sauce just right. Would definitely go again.
Visited about 6:30pm on a Sunday after watching The Takeaway Guy on YouTube.
When we arrived it was very busy, and there didn’t seem to be any easy way to preorder, would be awesome if they had an app you could preorder on.
The chicken burger was absolutely delicious, so moist and tasty.

I've been going for lunch at least twice a week, every week for the last 5 years since it opened - working it out I must have spent at least £3,500 on chicken over that time.
So yeah it's alright.
Been going to Ashbys Deli for quite a few years!! (religiously) so was quite excited when they said they were opening the Chicken Shack, went in today for the first time and will definately be going back, lovely food, lovely staff and a well presented shop. 5 STAR!!

Disappointing fries, though. You'd be best going to the chippy down the way.

seen fish n chips but I seen chicken, the shop was very clean n presented the feeling good food will come outta this place wasn’t disappointed. Chicken cooked perfect, nice flavour, even told the staff if I’m around here again will defo try again keep up the good work 😋👊🏾
Always good, almost on a par with marstons just ashame about the chicken burgers no where near as big or as nice and too expensive for a small burger with no extras and no fries, stick to wings and breast pieces and you cant go wrong
Really nice fresh tasty chicken would definatley return all staff very helpful and friendly would definatley recommend,, everything I've ever had here was will certainly be returning
Nice fried chicken everything cooked fresh nice flavour if I'm being critical I wish the chicken was drained a bit more.
Just ordered via app, our food delivered to home within hour, delicious good quality comfort food in lockdown, wouldn't expect anything less from Ashbys!
Been to Ashby's chicken shack a few times and it has always been great. I'd suggest ringing up and ordering for collection as it gets quite busy in store.
Chicken and fries were lovely. Tasty crispy chicken and the fries were how they should be! The halloumi is a must too!!
