This place is fabulous and the food is absolutely lovely. Their service is acceptable and isn't the kind where they just don't listen to you and the atmosphere is nice. Their interior is okay as the place is around 2 years old and you will see a bit of dirt and broken things. For their vegetarian items I am not sure if they use separate utensils, pans and oils, etc. Seats are nice and around 8pm - 10pm it isn't very busy and you will be seated immediately even if you are with 6 people. We had never tried a Syrian restaurant before, we walked in off the street and were immediately made welcome by the friendly team. Who then went on to produce some beautiful dishes for us. Thank you to all at Damascene for making our visit such a great experience.

The food was excellent, just delicious.
I am big fan of Lebanese, middle Eastern food, so after having tried many lebanese restaurants around London, I can say this is one of the good ones.
Yes it is on Slough High Street, and it isn't the most picturesque place the food makes up for the surroundings.
The service was little slow, we were a group of 17 people but it took them over 40 minutes to bring even our Falafel and drinks.
However, I would highly recommend anyone wondering a great and reasonably priced place to eat, if you don't mind going to Slough that is.

It’s been an amazing opportunity visiting Damascene restaurant. They got really good food with fabulous service and they all were very friendly and helpful. I can’t wait to visit there again. I highly recommend everyone should visit this restaurant. I can make sure that u gonna love it 😍

The food is always really good, the people there are also really nice. I cannot fault it, we've been going here for a year or so now and the quality of the food has always been extremely good and priced very well too! I highly recommend paying this place a visit

Had a great mixed grill perfectly cooked. I would have expected a piece of arabic bread together with the food. That would be a little extra to finish off the dish. I know I had it with rice, but the arabic bread would be part of the picture. Nice friendly staff. Will definitely go back there whenever I'll feel Middle East sick.

Cosy restaurant located just before the start of Slough highstreet. This place plenty of seating area both ground floor and 1st floor.
When we got here late afternoon there were few people but luckily not enough that the place becomes noisy.
3 of us ended up ordering the same dish meat mix or something.
2 tables down from us was 1 nasty customer. Who demanded this and demanded that, he complaint everything and more. The staff was posed and professional, and well mannered when he had to speak to the customer.
