I recently had the pleasure of dining at this charming pub, and I can't sing its praises enough! From the moment we walked in, the warm ambiance and friendly staff set the tone for a fantastic experience.

We have had some beautiful meals. Service is always great. Portions are more than generous and taste beautiful.
Mum and friends go on Sunday and love the Sunday lunches I have yet to try those.
Small group get together service and staff where very good ๐ the food was excellent all round ๐
Really enjoyable afternoon
Stayed for 1 night as we were attending a wedding just up the road. Staff were really friendly and gave us our keys early as we wouldnโt be getting back until very late. The room is very basic but we got what we paid for, we just needed a place to sleep. The pub had a car park and some pool tables inside to keep us occupied whilst we waited for our friends to arrive. The barmaid was very nice to chat to.
Decided to take my dad out for his birthday with family. The meals was absolutely delicious, the portion size was generous, even the children's plates too. The lady serving was really welcoming. Couldn't have picked a better place to go.

I'm a Google guide and I happened to come across this pub and it has a wow factor staff are so nice and rooms are spot on .

Had a Sunday carvery and it was very very nice. Never been before but will definitely return again. Very clean restaurant and good selection of veg. 3 meats and homemade mash. Even had mushy peas. Excellent value for money. Well done to whole team at the Downe Arms.
Excellent place to stay. Rooms are very clean and tidy. Service is excellent and the property is well maintained. Close to very good pubs and restaurants nearby. Ample parking space and very safe. Food and drinks are amazing. Ambiance of this place is Lovely. Brilliant people in the reception and very helpful. Loved my stay at Downe arms !
Home cooked Sunday lunch. Food is delicious, well worth the visit. Staff are brilliant and go the extra mile if needed๐๐
Went for lunch today to Downe Arms in Snaith with my sister in law. We both opted for the chicken burger ๐ with home made chips and homemade coleslaw. The burgers were succulent and very tasty with bacon, cheese, mixed salad leaves and a tomato. The bun was toasted very nicely. There were 3 crispy, lightly battered onion rings and some tomato relish.
Highly recommend The Downe Arms.
The food in this place ๐๐ absolutely beautiful, the portions are huge, we had to have a doggy bag to take the leftovers home... Superb. Staff lovely and friendly... The owners are lovely people.. Ill 1000% be back..
Not bad hotel. Well equipped rooms, spacious, really hot water in the shower. It was the first time that I saw European power adapter in a hotel. Nice separate parking, quiet rooms.
Minus one star for cleanliness. Brown stains on white towel and spider web in the middle of the room were not appealing.
I can still recommend this place.
Friendly and nothing is to much trouble.
Outside looks like 18c terrace houses, but each door is Yr very own room, with big bathroom and studio feel about it.. Pub meals R great, plus in the upstairs of the pub, is a sit down fine Indian cuisine, or u can take out.. Value for money? Oh yes meal for X2 plus breads and rice was under ยฃ18.00..... Stay here to believe it. ๐๐
Hard to find an problem parking but food was delicious even though it took a while to arrive while, which was hard for the little one who was hungry. Large portions and very tasty we will be going again.
