The best bakery experience in the Midlands.
All I expect from a good bakery is quality sourdough bread. Bread collection takes this expectation and sets the bar sky high. There is a front of house! She is young, vibrant, with a great sense of humour. Her and her colleague assisted me in finding the perfect loaf. It was made all the more difficult thanks to the fantastic range.
Bread Collection also has a great pastry selection. Beautiful cakes. Deli goods imported from France and Italy.
It is a splendid cafe, delivering modern, finely prepared brunch options.
Great home made traditional bakery and cafe serving fresh wholesome light plates.
Well worth a visit.
Lovely Deli shop, owned by a charming Frenchman by the name of Gilles. Food there is fabulous, great light meals, and proper beautiful French Tartes... Highly recommend, very pleasant atmosphere, just on Knowle High Street, Solihull.

After a family recommendation, we enjoyed our tea and freshly made sandwiches, cakes looked wonderful, but with impending couch to 5k self control needed. Great atmosphere, friendly service, would certainly return.
The cost however makes it an occasional visit.
Noted the mixed reviews and spotted the man in question, remember he may have been up very early baking!
We were just visiting the area and popped in. A delightful place with very friendly staff. There were so many treats to choose from. The food and drink were delicious.
Although we don't live nearby we will definitely visit again ( regularly)

Had lunch from here today. Sandwiches were good and the cakes were delicious. I shall be back another time. The lady at the counter was also pleasant!

Great food service can be tad slow if busy. Olives are beautiful and food always taste fresh and it's always good when you can see the stone oven pizza going live
