Nice walk around, lots on display for Christmas. Some nice gifty things. The cafe was nicely laid out and good to see that they had a small selection of dairy free treats. The chap who served us was lovely and most apologetic that the cafe was closing early. For a dairy free person the menu would have been limited but for others a good basic selection with baked potatoes, soup, sandwiches etc. Parking was easy.

Lovely shop to walk around. Has a pet section selling toys and food. An outdoor section with garden furniture and a large selection of outdoor plants. Inside there are lots of indoor plants 🪴. Has a good toy section with a good 👍 range of Jellycat toys and lots of jigsaws. Has a few clothing areas with good quality clothing. A small jewellery selection. Has a cafe ☕️ with a good range of food and drinks. Overall a lovely way to spend a couple of hours, has something for everyone.

Enjoyed an afternoon out at lovely garden centre. So much to see. Husband and Border Terrier in tow. Both behaved well. Ended visit with light meal. Staff serving very helpful and cheerful. Able to sit outside with dog.

Excellent service and assortments of garden stock. Prices probably slightly higher than other garden centres, but the quality of garden tools is extremely superior to many other centres. Parking is not a problem and the centre is well located on the main Stratford Rd, with the M42 junction just 5 minutes away. Recommended.

We went to Notcutts on Saturday for a browse, I love this shop. We popped to the restaurant for coffee and cake. I must say the service we received from Karen was second to none. She was so helpful she even carried our tray for us as my husband was with a walking stick and I had a bad wrist. They were so busy but she still took the time to help us. Such a credit to your company. Thank you especially Karen 😊

We broke down on the M40 and spent 2 hours behind the barrier waiting for a tow in the cold and drizzle with 2 dogs and no coats! The mechanic brought us to Notcutts car park for more work to be carried out. Went into the restaurant to see if we could bring in the dogs so we could have a hot drink and a warm up. The gentleman behind the counter went to the trouble to ask for extenuating circumstances to enable our two large but well behaved dogs to come in as they were a bit traumatised by the experience. I would like to say thank you to him for making a pretty awful day, a little better.

Called in for breakfast after quite a while and really enjoyed them. Great ingredients and good price. 2 bacon, 2 eggs, 1 sausage, beans, mushrooms and 1/2 tomato £8.50 or 2 for £14.95 at the moment. All in with toast and good coffees £23 Will be back

Lovely meal in the restaurant Sunday lunchtime. Particularly impressed with the staff who were friendly, professional, polite and seemed genuinely happy in their work, which is rare to see nowadays. They were very helpful with the less able customers and I noticed how they took time to speak to them and assist where necessary. Well done Notcutts

This store is located next door to a very large Trsco and near to a Macdonalds, so quite well situated within an easy reach of the M42 and Solihull town venture and a short drive from the retail park. A huge array of indoor and outdoor plants and all the paraphernalia associated with plants, including sheds, summerhouses, etc. It also has a pet centre, gift store, homeware, and a small clothing range. The restaurant is fine for lunch too. Well worth a visit.

Never been before. Just needed a few plants and compost for a work project. Nice range of plants, good value. Rest of garden centre, looked typical garden centre environment, i.e. loads of christmas goods, gardening and lifestyle products. Restaurants looked nice, didnt try.

Well spaced & well stocked with earnings of frost protection required on most bedding plants on sale. Cafe is welcoming. It was busy so I sat outside. Staff were very helpful.
