Love it! Went earlier today after waiting 30 mins for the post office and had a latte and my wife had a hot chocolate for the walk home. Excellent quality drinks and the cakes were lovely too. Brilliant addition to Bentley Heath 👍
Edit... 2 years later. Afraid its really going downhill. Food and drink are still nice but cleanliness is poor, general feel is not great and not sure how long it'll last now. Sad because its still a great addition to BH.

Dark horse coffee shop is one of the best independent coffee shops I have been in. They sell the best mocha. If you’re a coffee lover you have to try this place. Such good quality coffee. The best I have tasted. Their cakes are out of the world. I’ve become a regular costumer.

Amazing local coffee shop, staff are friendly who go above and beyond to ensure you have a great experience. Cakes are delicious! Hot chocolate is always a weak spot for me!! Great atmosphere too.

Such a lovely and welcoming coffee shop! The Baristas here outdo all other coffee chains and the coffee is so nice.
They even ground my beans for me that I bought from them, as I thought they would be ground. Thank you!!

Literally my favourite Coffee shop, there hot chocolate is amazing! So much better than Costa. I now return weekly! If only they did more food, but let's hope with a few more years they will! There drink quality is exceptional and the service of all their team is brillant! Thanks for making my local coffee shop the best I know!!!

We’ve been frequenting Dark Horse since it opened over a year ago. The cafe employs the nicest and most welcoming staff. I only know Joe and Megan by name, but everyone is so lovely and coming here for coffee is always a pleasure. We bring our dog and she is always welcome and given treats when possible. The beans they use are amazing, the coffee has such a rich and creamy flavour -yum! We love their croissants and pain au chocolat as well. Just as good as it’s gets!!!!

Great little cafe serving lovely hot chocolate with all the trimmings, (other drinks are available). Dogs are allowed to sit in with their owners. Friendly staff too. Great cafe, loved it

I've been to this coffee shop few times and I love coming back. Great atmosphere and the staff are so friendly, sweet and welcoming and make me feel at home. There is so much choice and I love their hot chocolate, it's like liquid gold, I've never tasted anything like it. The taste is amazing and out of this world. Cakes are so tasty! I enjoy coming here and I highly recommend it. Big shout out to Joe the manager and his deputy Megan who help make this coffee shop 5 star!
