I hate leaving bad reviews so I’m going to approach it like this… this location has got to short staffed cause the dining area was disgusting the soda area was a wreak. The cashier was friendly and sweet our order was correct only cold and it took 14 minutes for 4 soft tacos and 2 beefy melt burritos. I’m sorry but I probably won’t be back until they get more help.

What is it about taco bell? The nastiest store, but somehow I can't stop myself from eating there. Why is taco john's so empty? I they're a lot cleaner. You cant beat a $1.60 for a bean burrito to hold you over until supper. But really, is there a way to clean up our taco bell. I almost want to come out of retirement and give it a shot. I'd need good people like you all to come out and help though. A world class taco bell in Somerset. People would come from Danville to eat there.

Food taste okay but almost every time I come here they mess up my order and give me the opposite of what I ask. I’m vegetarian and I will specifically ask for vegetarian items but almost every time they seem to add some type of meat to my order after specifically asking not too. Was hoping it would just be a simple mistake but every time is not a simple mistake. Over all unhappy and disappointed with my experience with this restaurant almost every time! Don’t recommend!

They always mess up our food. We ordered and PAID FOR extra meat and they literally had the same ammount.. everything was ice cold. It was disgusting. I know it's taco bell, but I used to love eating here. Now it's not worth the money. Not at all.

The bell is a long time favorite, its hit and miss as far as quality goes. Staff always seems friendly and work hard. They seem to more than not forget the sour cream. Overall good job people.

First time I had a crunch wrap supreme with no meat or tomatoes although I ordered it normal. If you want a meatless option, eat here. If you want a good Taco Bell eat at the one in Monticello.

The Taco Bell in Somerset was awful! After waiting 30 minutes in the drive through line my food was not correct and cold. We will never go back

Food is great, but very unhappy when I get home and part of my order is incomplete. I thought it might be a one time thing, but unfortunately the last 3 times I went, same issue. Go home and missing food. I don't go back since it's a hassle a long drive to go back. But I would hope they focus on the orders while they are serving them on the drive through.
