Not safe to eat here. The ketchup they have for the customers is fermented!!! Can't wait to throw up later... Eh... Food was poor... Fries were cold, coleslaw was kind of slimy... Not that normal crunch that should be there... So definitely serving old stuff. The fish was cooked properly. It had good crunch, but had no taste... I mean yeah it's frozen I get it... It's fast food. But still... If you can't do it right maybe just take it off the menu. Pretty disappointed in dinner tonight. Avoiding this stop in the future. Whoever owns this place doesn't care one bit... And I know you're going to send some automated response about how you're sorry and that you really value your customer or whatever. Maybe you should care before we have these horrible experiences. What a shame. Hope you don't get sued. Order 63 June 9th around 7:30pm if you don't believe me.

The food and service use to be excellent in the 90s, but now it's gone to the dogs! The Double R Bar Burger was good without any sauce, and now they're dry as the desert! And what happened to your Jamocha milkshakes, they taste sour! And they say "don't dwell in the past!" That's when things were good! This junk they're making THESE days is terrible!

Processed American cheese squares. Heated just enough to soften the middle while leaving the square shape intact. Then left out to re-congeal and served at room temp. THAT's the cheese on their "steak and cheese." It wasn't the worst fast food sandwich I've ever had, but pretty bad, and at the same time very expensive.
