Lovely waitress called Ella made our experience fantastic for our first visit Recommend homemade burger and fish cake .

Came here after working locally and stumbled across a gem! Waitresses where fantastic and helped me decide my pick. I went for the Mixed Grill (I was hungry!) And was not disappointed. Can't find fault with any part of the meal or the service. Fantastic.

Dinned here as a family of 8, 3 children, 2 parents and grandparents (Gluten free and fussy eaters). The food, service and atmosphere was impeccable. Food arrived fast, drinks were flowing, and friendly service. Portions were great and very reasonably priced. Would go back and recommend.

Had a wonderful meal here on Friday! The restaurant was very busy and loud but the lovely waitress thoughtfully moved my partner and I to a quieter table. She was ace! Food was delicious, tasty and plentiful 😊 Cider was fizzy and cold. Excellent value too.

I Went for a birthday lunch today. Every meal was outstanding. This is such a gem of a place food, service, price, decor and atmosphere was all 10/10 ....would definitely recommend and will definitely be returning.....

Expensive for dinner but would highly recommend going for lunch. 2 courses 16 pounds and the food is outstanding quality with generous portions. Staff are always very lovely and accommodating to our family with young children.

Anniversary celebrations. Wonderful atmosphere. Brilliant service and the menu had great choices. Also, excellent value for money. We would certainly visit again and recommend it to anyone 👍

Lovely atmosphere and food. Accommodated us at short notice and gave us plenty of table space for a business meeting. Service good, and food arrived in a timely manner. Been before and will come again :)

Lovely place, friendly staff and excellent food at best value on the Set Menu. Only negative is they are not dog friendly, apart from one separate room which has one table in it for 8 people.

Just home after a lovely meal here, staff were brilliant and very on the ball. I have been previously and also had delicious food, I would highly recommend the fish mixed grill, amazing! The only one thing I will say is when we have been previously when it is busy, the staff aren't quite as attentive, this doesn't put us off but I can understand what others mean on other reviews. Don't let it put you off trying this wonderful restaurant though.

Friendly staff; freshly cooked, delicious food; great ambiance. There’s nothing I’d change about this restaurant. There’s enough on the menu to please everyone, so do try it. I bet you won’t be disappointed.

Comfortable environment, staff were very polite and attentive. Good selection of dishes on the menu including a roast dinner but it was nice to be able to choose something other than a roast which can often be the only choice in some establishments on a Sunday lunchtime. Pricing a little above average for a lunchtime meal in the fens although the food did not disappoint.

Early New Years evening meal with the family. Staff friendly and made a great effort with the festive decorations.......Our boys loved the poppers and balloons. We all enjoyed our meal and the boys finished off their plates and had a good go at the desserts, all four of us stuffed!

Had a delicious birthday meal here yesterday. First visit....food great, staff lovely and the dining area was spot on! Definitely will be making a return visit....highly reccomend!

First time there service was great food fab...desert to die for...can see it being a regular place to eat.

Really disappointed with the service we recieved today. After enjoying a previous lunch here we decided to book my dad's 65th birthday lunch. Table was at 1.30 and after deciding what we all wanted I asked the waitress if we could order only to be told the kitchen was too busy and we wouldn't be able to order yet! Time went by and after asking several waiting staff we finally got our dinner at 2.45. We were not asked if we wanted any sources or if everything was ok once, we did have to ask for a replacement Yorkshire for one of the meals as it was literally burnt to a crisp. We sat with uncleared plates for a while and asked several times for dessert menu's that didn't come. In the end feeling most umwelcomed we chose to leave ..... what was supposed to be a special family occasion was sadly ruined.

It seems every time I have a meal here. It's always a disaster Tonight ordered drinks. Never came. Then the fire alarm kept going off. And stopping and then going off again. And again We all had to go outside. And wait. I've come to the conclusion I jinx the place. We ended up leaving.

Great food and fantastic service today got lunch with the family and buzz. You must try the pork crackling, sticky toffee pudding, warm brownie, haloumi burger, chicken in Parma ham and so much more. Will be back.

Beautiful place to eat, great staff, one vegetarian choice in this day and age is unheard of :-(

One of many times we have been here and the first time for our friends. It is with trepidation that we take friends to a restaurant we have enjoyed before as you never know if things may have changed for the worst. We were not disappointed and our friends were very impressed by the speed, courteousness of staff and quality of the food. They are already thinking about the choices they can make for their next visit. Well done again!
