Tonys - Somerton - Photo album

Solid food, chips were well cooked. Faggot, gravy and chips was slightly more than other places but not unreasonable. One of the better chippies I've been to.
My first visit here. Clean bright and spacious counter area. Lots of friendly and welcoming staff. Quick service. Lovely fresh hot food.
Much better than your average rural chippie. Good food well cooked and served by friendly staff at a reasonable price. A varied modern menu freshly cooked. Consistent quality keeps their clientele.
Food was fresh and delicious. Good service. All round good first visit. Ordered 2 cod and chips and 3 kids burger meals.
Really friendly staff and generous portions, popped over on my lunch break today and throughly enjoyed the quality of the chips ! Thanks again
This place has improved massively over the last 4 years, I've given a 4* rating because it used to be hit and miss with quality but in the last 12 months in particular the food quality has been great, nice and friendly staff, clean and tidy, will return many times, thanks team.
This is the stop we like when we're heading over to our daughter, it's usually busy but the service is good and you won't be hanging around for long. A good menu to satisfy most, plenty of chips come with the order so you have to loosen the belt by the time you finish. A friendly place to come but n
A lovely local fish and chip shop in the heart of historic Somerton. There are several routes to get to Somerton. The fish and chips are first rate. They sell all the usual favourites . Some items have to be cooked to order .
Very friendly staff. I had chips, roe and curry sauce, the meal itself was very nice, did have some chips that had black spots on them towards the bottom that should of been discarded like most chippies do but overall the chips were nice. The roe itself was quite nice and the curry sauce was alright
Always a great fish and chip supper. Good service and great food. May Tony's legacy live on.
Lovely chunky cod and crispy batter. I'm not usually keen on chips, but I like them from Tony's.
Last Friday's Fish and Chip supper went down as a memorable meal for my husband and I. Perfectly cooked Cod and Chips which outshone some pretty pricy meals out that we have had in the area. Well done, you have always had a good reputation and long may it continue. Thank you.
Great fish and chips, although can get very busy, so be prepared to queue. You can ring an order through if you wish. Chips portion quite large so unless you starving one portion between two maybe ok.
best chip shop about and open till 9.30. always busy
Not often use Tony's shop, but their chips are much nicer and crispier now. Hubby didn't like fish cake, it wasn't home made. He wanted cod roe but they don't do them now, even though it was on the menu board. It's good for convenient.
Tried Tony's fish and chips for lunch today for the first time, wow they were delicious, staff were very friendly and the place was spotlessly clean ,we will definitely be back
terrific crispy batter, fresh fish, generous portions,
The best chippy I've ever been to, will drive back there to use them. Everything is amazing. My parents even went there 30 years ago and it was the best then and the standards have stayed top all this time. I went to the top rated chippy in the country one year and I had fish and chips from Rick Ste
Always great food and fast service
