Our second time at Coppa club and we really enjoyed it. They are pet friendly which make me love this place even more. The food is good (even though I have asked for a medium rare stake and they did not check and with another person who order same dish as well done had that…). The service could improve, every time they look so busy even though there were some empty tables. I have asked some water for the dog which I am still waiting for… overall we like the place and the food a lot. Parking space is a bit small and you might end up waiting a bit for a slot. We will definitely be back again soon.

Went here last night, on a warm summers evening. Sat on the terrace which was a wonderful atmosphere and it felt like you were outside due to the windows/doors being open. The main restaurant inside was a little quiet and didn’t have as great as an atmosphere but imagine in the winter this is different. The service was slow, it took 15 minutes for a drink/food order to be taken, but the food came out quickly once ordered. The food itself was delicious. I had the small carbonara which was cheaper and half the calories of the big version but was filling enough for a main meal, also had the truffle fries which were just delicious. My friend had a vegan burger which she said was very nice. It was £25 each for a glass of wine, main meal & service charge. The parking is free and you just need to register inside the restaurant. Overall would recommend for a warm summers evening!

We booked a riverside igloo for a birthday celebration - it was worth it! Beautiful surroundings, easy parking, the igloo itself was spacious and the service was great! The starters were really tasty, each and every one, the mains were good although my steak was average (I eat a lot of steak so fussy admittedly!). The waitress was fantastic, the small little things she covered really quick, more drinks, sauces, I had a dirty glass, no hassle for her at all - amazing. I'd go back again happily and would definitely recommend - fab place!

I highly recommend this restaurant. The staff are very welcoming and pleasant (and toilets clean). Inside there is a range of cosy seating and outside a lovely open terrace, picnic tables and four glass pods. The food was excellent. (We had olives; courgette fritters and hummus platter then fish cakes; baked aubergine).

Lovely place on the river. The food was fine but not outstanding . We had the flat iron steak which was fine, a bit grisley. The southern fried chicken was OK. The guancale pasta again was fine.

Coppa Club is located in the tiny old part of Sonning next to the bridge by the riverside. A popular venue with an eclectic mix of people. Seating inside and out with the popular igloos keeping you warm when the sun goes down. Food menu offers decent choices. The grilled chicken is quite good. Staff are polite and friendly. The place gets busy so best to book. Be warned - parking is a nightmare, there are plenty of spaces but at busy times everyone seems to drive here. Relaxing vibe and lazy sunny days by the river. Worth a visit.

Always a nice place to visit within a stones throw of the Thames path in the quiet picturesque village of Sonning. Plenty of parking but busy at peak times. Generally best for breakfast and lunch times but the evening meals are limited to the lunch menu. Nice country atmosphere with comfortable sofas away from the food areas for drinks. Would recommend. Easy access for wheel chairs and buggies. Please like if this helped.

This is almost my favourite place in Reading. Good food, good service, nice atmosphere, great igloos, cozy, comfortable, all at one restaurant at our doorstep.
