A fast food diner. Ideal for travellers.
Seating inside. Seating is available outside also. Great to sit outside in the summer. Situated not far from the toilets.
Huge choice of food available.
Prices are not too expensive.
There is lots of Parking as this is situated in the picnic area.
Can get very busy as this is also a truck stop.
Open from early til late every day.
Well worth a try.
Outstanding simple food, bright cheerful staff, spotlessly clean you couldn't ask for more from a truck stop cafe.
I have stopped at Woody's many many times over the years both as a truck driver and ordinary motorist. Never been disappointed.
Good luck to them all.

Called in for my tea tonight as a truck driver had 2 eggs chips 2 slices bread and a cup of tea for £5. The staff are very welcoming and chatty. Very clean place to eat though maybe the prices are a little much but the meal was great
This place clearly divides the punters. My wife and I had a good experience, albeit like something from back to the past... Decent sausage, bacon, beans and egg in a breakfast bap. Wife had spicy vege-burger + really good chips. Didn't seem pricey. A guilty pleasure.
This is quite a nice place to take a break on the motorway. The diner is fairly equipped to make sure you get refreshed. Since this is not a typical services on the motorway, expect fewer cars and people, which helps to stretch your legs and have a good break without having to struggle to find a parking spot, etc.
Recommend it.
Had a cooked breakfast and it was lovely but a little large. 2 eggs, 2 bacon, 2 sausage, beans fried bred, toast and tea. Could have done with a smaller option as I struggled to eat it all!
Portacabin next to the public toilets is the extent of the signposted services with a petrol station across the road. Woody's diner has seating available inside and outside. The food we had was red hot and very tasty. And not bad value. Plenty of staff always clearing tables and cleaning up.
A nice spot to stop, just off the A30. Don't get ripped off at the so called 'services', pop in here for good, honest refreshment. £1 for a large cup of coffee, with seating inside and out. What's not to like?!
Stopped here today for a tea, coffee and a sausage cob on a 6 hour car journey. Owner let us off a bit of money as we realised only had limited cash on us and didnt takencard payments. So essentially let us refuel even though we were a bit short!!! That's amazing. Try this place when you pull into the services even though the big wigs are just over the road like subway and Burger King. Pop in and support a small local business!!!!
Those other places wouldn't have let us off a quid if we were short I bet.
Thanks again !!!
Pulled in here on a filthy wet drive home from Cornwall. Massive (and very tasty) cooked breakfast, lovely tea and some well needed entertainment from the cheerful staff. Channel 4 should install cameras and do a fly-on-the-wall documentary.
