Made very welcome by staff and, although it was very busy, we had booked afternoon tea and our drinks order was soon brought out followed by a 3 plate cake stand. There was a good selection of freshly made sandwiches, cheese straws, small piece of pork pie each, scones pot of jam each and Cornish cream, chocolates, macaroons, chocolate cake and lemon posset. Everything was fresh and delicious, bottomless pot of tea. I preferred coffee which was fresh brewed, they have specialty teas available too. You can upgrade to a glass of Prosecco for a small charge. We were asked about special dietary requirements before we were served. This was one of several gifts from work on my retirement and I thoroughly recommend Drewtons for afternoon tea and this experience makes a lovely gift. Would love to go again.

Our first visit to Drewtons and I shall definitely visit again and recommend to others. I'm glad we booked to save disappointment which I had been advised to do. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. We had the afternoon tea for the three of us and the quantity was just right. We had a choice of eight different sandwiches which were delicious and a good variety. The endless pot of tea was my idea of heaven as I love a good brew! The selection of tarts and cakes was a nice surprise as I expected just the scone to go with my idea of afternoon tea. Well worth a visit!

Light and airy place with very helpful staff and lovely food. We always pop in when passing, and Drewton's is definitely worth a drive-out with friends, even if it is just for a hot drink and cake.

Friendly staff, lots on offer in the shop from Butchery and Deli to Wine Cellar and Gifts. Restaurant and Cafe are very good, with a good choice of menu which is well presented and the quality of food on offer is of a high standard. I would recommend to anyone! Look out for the signs though as it is easy to overshoot the entrance!!

Was taken here as a birthday treat and it did not fail to impress. One of the best afternoon teas, I’ve eaten. Nothing was to much trouble. As Vegitarians they made extra savoury’s which were delicious.

We had previously visited Drewtons for the first time a few weeks prior as were kindly given afternoon tea gift voucher from a friend ( which was fabulous) and we made a note to return for either a brunch or lunch. So all day brunch it was, Wow! The menu is amazing selection of both meat and non-meat options. I had the vegan breakfast whilst my partner had the full English. Well both were outstanding! The usual elements of a breakfasts but with Artisan sausages, homemade hash browns ( not the processed triangles found in most breakfasts) lovely thick fresh sourdough..everything was gorgeous and cooked brilliantly. I sadly forgot to take pictures of brunch...but havd added photos of the amazing afternoon tea we had previously..and they even split into 2 for different dietary requirements. Also highly recommended! Top with friendly staff, efficient service and great atmosphere. It elevates a brunch trip - definitely be back

A usual pit stop for us on the way back from The Deep. Been twice now, once on a Sunday afternoon and just now on a Saturday afternoon. They have happened to have space for two of us, although we hadn’t booked! We opted for some brunch, which their breakfast sausage muffin was really hearty with a perfect runny egg, homemade breakfast sausage patty and the triple-cooked home made hashbrowns - which were delightful. Only downside is the service was a bit slow, but due to it being that busy, it was a given! The cafe is often very busy, I would probably recommend booking to avoid disappointment. A trip to the farm shop next door is a must as they stock a variety of local produce as well as some well known Yorkshire brands. The cakes, biscuits and flapjacks are on show and enticing, though a bit on the pricey side!

Good selection of groceries from local suppliers and specialists. Can get busy sometimes. It's not the cheapest but good quality, and I recommend meat, deli, and baked products. It has a good restaurant on site as well. April 2024 returned for lunch it was pretty much unchanged to previous apart from earlier opening times. The food is still very good, but it's still a touch pricy.

Lovely shop that has a varied range of products from local suppliers, costs a little bit more but you get what you pay for, the cafe has a nice menu and the staff are friendly and helpful. Only had a drink this visit but on previous visits the food has been perfect.

The best English breakfast in East Yorkshire. Lovely friendly staff. Good shop as well, if a little expensive. Beautiful location. Some great wildlife. All top quality.
