Food was of good standard and service was polite and efficient.
Prices as expected with good portion sizes.
Large plate meals were ordered and enjoyed by all although the fish would have been better with peas not beans
After a horrendous 7 hour drive, courtesy of storm Babet, our welcome was warm and the food was fresh and hot ‚pub grub’. The staff were so lovely we returned for lunch the next day and then breakfast. Thank you so much the staff and food were so much better than the hotel next door!

Overall good quality however I feel there should be more menu options. Windmill Farm (another local Greene King) has a lot more menu options and also has a carvery. Personally I feel those additional menu options should be introduced into this establishment as it will give customers more menu choice

Went there to watch the World Cup final and had breakfast. The service was quick. Staff helpful and their breakfast was lovely. The food and drinks were definitely value for money. Will be a returning customer for sure.
I can't complain about the Gamekeeper! We always have a lovely meal when we come and staff are so welcoming and kind. The kids play area really tops it all off for my little one, he loves it
