staff in the cafe very cheerful polite and helpful. We regularly have breakfast here and are always made welcome. Taking the time chat as they serve makes a great deal of difference.
Was in Tesco this afternoon and Mandy was fantastic in all the 21 years in living in the ferry No cashier has offered to collect a box for me to pack my wine to allow me to continue putting my items on the conveyor belt she also asked me on which order did I want my items packed No other cashier h
A bit pricy for some items and I would certainly advice getting a clubcard before going as this makes a huge difference to the cash you actually have to pay but this store is always clean the staff are usually helpful so what more can you ask for..
Nice big store with plenty of produce. Typical Tesco merchandise available average pricing for a Supermarket this size. Ample parking outside. Shop is on a bus route.
Excellent customer service by Sam today! After some difficulty over a faulty Amazon gift card and initially being told there was nothing they could do, Sam really went the extra mile, even communicating with colleagues in America! Good variety of products as well as food open till midnight ( clothing, toiletries, toys, pots pans, tableware, electrical items + tv )
Don't always replenish stock quick enough, petrol says open 24 hours but closes for 30 mins around 10pm!
Small but decent enough. Free parking, cash machines outside and a clothing bit as well inside. No problems. Not bad prices.
Can you buy cigarettes here after 10pm? I have never understood why so many of these stores open late yet don’t sell cigarettes after 10pm, in my opinion then one of the main conveniences of having a shop like this open so late IS to buy cigarettes etc, it’s not like it’s alcohol!

I would like to praise all your staff for the excellent work and especially the way the queuing system and one way system is working, if only some people would stick to it. I have been in other stores and found it to be totally manic, not naming stores.
Got everything u need from a supermarket, staff pleasant enough and no waiting for service
Good but not superstore plus so some time you won't find certain type of food/products that u after!
