Best coffee shop/Community hub in South Shields. Food is always fresh and well cooked. Don't get me started about the service. Gwen and her team are AMAZING. Helpful and caring going above and beyond to make customers feel special.
Great coffee for £2.50. nice choice of food both sweet and savory. Not to mention friendly staff and a relaxing atmosphere

Fab coffee shop and local craft shop.
They don't just sell the usual coffee shop items, no not here, you can also buy hand made gifts from wax melts to Knitted clothing!
They sell birthday and other celebration cards, some hand made and some generic.
Also there's books by local artist and author Sue Graber.
People travel from as far as Northumberland just to have a cuppa and as they sell local produced coffee AND all prices are fairly reasonable there's even more reason to come along.
So pop on down to Coffey by name and be welcomed with a friendly smile.
Our first visit here. Its a canny little place, set on the main road but with a wide pavement in front with a couple of outdoor tables. The home made cheese and potato pie was tasty and Him Indoors had bacon and mushroom fritata. Its a little quirky place with handmade goods and what appeared to be a 'knit and natter' session going on at one end. Very laid back. I liked it.
Absolutely love coming here,so friendly and a lovely atmosphere,lovely menu and drinks,I love the big comfy chairs also dogs are allowed as long as well behaved like anywhere else,the owner is kind and helpful.give it a visit x
