Excellent food. A group of 5 of us regularly go for meals and this was definitely on par with the best we've had so far, and we have had some great meals. The staff were friendly and attentive, a varied menu, and the restaurant looked good.

Our fist time at Dehli 6 and I must say we were very impressed. The food was out of this world, the service was second to none. We will definitely be visiting this restaurant again. Great experience.

Great low key, relaxed atmosphere with good food to back it up. Cheap pints of Cobra and excellent coffee as well. Their set menu is a terrific value.
Note for fellow Americans: their spice heat rating is serious. 1 pepper icon will be toasty, 2 and above should be avoided unless you really like the heat. Best get 2-3 papadums per adult.

Great staff, great food, great atmosphere. Unfortunately I do have to mention the length of time the food takes to come out. We were told they were short staffed but we were told the exact same thing 3 weeks ago. During busy periods you do need to improve or you will lose customers which would be a pity as everything else is spot on.

We've used Delhi 6 for a long time now but this evening they raised the bar. My Wife and I celebrated our wedding anniversary with our Son and Daughter.
The hospitality was bettered only by the food.
The Delhi tuk tuk and the Tandoori lamb chops in particular where exquisite.
Until the next one, which will be soon, well done Delhi 6, another tremendous meal.

Simply terrific Indian food. The house lentils are amongst - if not the - best daal I've ever had. The coriander sauce was brilliant, too.

Amazing care and attention paid to the customers whenever you eat here. The menu is reviewed regularly and recipes tweaked and improved to an even higher level.

Just returned home from the most amazing visit to our now new, favourite restaurant in Shields!
From start to finish the service and the food were amazing. The starters and main course were very well presented, tasted out of this world, and the portion sizes were plentiful.
The staff, each and every one, were warm, welcoming, and super attentive.
A must try and for us a definite return.
